    I think some times options tell you the answer......
    See the fourth option it can be easily verified..... Also it says that
    T^3 is invertible and hence T^2= T -I is invertible and T is also invertible....
    We know that every linear transformation is matrix transformation and also we know that not every invertible matrix yields only real eigen values......Hence 3rd option is false.... That is it.

    great sir, i have some thought regarding option 3. since it satisfy given char. eqn. then minimal polynomial must divide that particular eqn. and as we know that all distinct eigenvalue must be in minimal polynomial. so we can say that, this particular transformation has only two possible eigenvalues which are complex. hence no real eigenvalue.
