That’s why LA is the only place where gangs are politicized accordingly. And yea they started in LA as that but most sets that branch into other states don’t look to expand their community for positive feedback. People look to expand for money and desires and they don’t care for anything else. I rarely came across people who were claiming they set and actually had genuine care for one another. It’s more like a title people want and the reputation it brings.
