I have to say how refreshing it is to hear a man of Rob's generation articulating his feelings, particularly his feelings of fear around decisions that impact pride & ego. Young men in our society aren't regularly shown role models of successful men illustrating that it is not only ok to talk about your feelings in an open & honest way but also that it's ok to feel fear, to feel vulnerable that doing so doesn't make you less of a man. We need more discussions like this so this is subject matter is normalised for young men particularly but for all men.

Rob Carlton says he feels like an imposter being on this podcast, he has nothing to offer.
Well I say it was easily one of Garry's best podcasts, such an insightful. honest and raw podcast, loved every second of it.
