My meter is HEXING HXE 110-KP, capacity 2.5ka/10ms, it restarts several times when I use lg 9k front load washing machine (2100 watt, model fc1409s3w) specially in tub clean mode. In case of other washing program it restarts once, but in tub clean mode it continually restarts. Pls suggest if you can help

im foreigner residing in bd chittagong. after installation of these prepaid. since few months back. nearly my meter would show 13/15taka per day use.so monthy 300around. but ma other friend used to complain. that her was also regular last month but that month suddenly 30taka would dissapear. . somtimes 20 .. in day or night. this month same happe d to me. i checked meter at 11pm and bt 9am i checked not even 12hr at night... where u used only fan and 47/50taka vanished again i got suspicious so. while going college i offed everything... and went 9am to 2pm 5hr.. and.. 12taka gone.. and everything was off how is this possible. is meter theft possible in prepaid aswel. ehere should er complain. this is too much

(Gov people should clear this before touch/ installing the hardware) 2. When did gov officially give trial on street, tv advert, tv talk show, radio, social media etc for at least several months for awareness. 3. Is it not necessary to talk to public to make such changes? (Overall after who's paying, PUBLIC right!!!) 4. How can I trust the unit price? That's correct TRUST!!! How can you assure me? 5. well let me clear about this issue... our pre-paid meter works on a specific sequence process.suppose when you go to a vending station and buy 2 token suppose 1 for S-load and another for recharge.Here S-load was no 1 token that you took from vending station then recharge token. well as the same process you have to give the token no of S-load to the meter first then the recharge number... otherwise it will show the problem that you have faced. hope it will solve the issue... if it still shows error then contact at your local vending station. we have a complain center for customer support... thanks...
