    Thank you for posting this video. My niece drives a semi I told her to be smooth enough to not spill the coffee while operating any equipment . She's a great kid proof is old school trained her I told her always something new to learn everyday .

    Another great video. I have much respect for professional drivers. Tezz you take it to a higher level. The physical effort with gear changing, monitoring mirrors and bouncing around must take its toll in ability to maintain concentration on a long trip. Being fit for the job must be a challenge in continuing to be safe and getting the job done. Top class Tezz.

    The lazy left leg … only use that one to take off . When doing one in particular driving assessment I had to use the clutch every change, he told me when that part of the assessment was over, so back to lazy leg

    Good angle Tez , try above gear knob with splitter and range buttons high lighted for those who cant figure out how you get 13 and 18 gears from a H gear pattern with just 5 gears an rev , an a under dash shot off accelrator pedal when clutch less changing to show people how to do it an how much smoother an quicker it can be done with out use of clutch ,,, clutch was for stopping or starting, enjoy your video Terry as i always do ,, hope i have given you a tricky cam angle but a goodie ,,, cheers mate stay safe ,, Phil

    That go pro seems to be paying dividends. That's a good angle from the passenger seat. Wonder how you're coping with the fuel prices the way they are at the moment? Love to see more of that. Perhaps another truckies f@#&ed up compilation and what to do around truck's. Very interesting. Nice to see you have sponsors on board to help. Keep up the good work. 🙂

    That Horton comes on a lot, have you got the aircon on? Out of interest, do you switch on the Horton just before a long climb to pull the heat out of the radiator and intercooler . I find they pull harder when you leave the fan engaged climbing hills as more airflow through the intercooler , since at a low speed you have a lot less airflow.

    • @tezthetruckie
      @tezthetruckie  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Aircon is on. most of the day. Horton is on all the time when I am loaded as a road train.

      @@BlairSauer it’s spring engaged fan hub. It requires air to keep the spring compressed thus the fan disengaged. It has 2 settings, On or Auto. When they cut in ,you will hear the fans roar, when they are disengaged the fan will just freewheel. Very reliable and better idea than a viscous or electric

    • @BlairSauer
      @BlairSauer 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@tba3900 Ah ok. That's interesting. I have seen a fan control switch in a truck before. Air operated. I suppose they are good. As long as the air lines going to it don't leak or break.
