Well done! As a senior manager who has interviewed many analytics candidates over the years, this is a clean format that works. When you interview, you need to also show your soft skills because collaboration matters a lot. Many candidates are fine technically, but do not show the right communication skills needed to contribute to team projects and initiatives in a significant way. Employers want the whole package(!)

Don’t use overleaf that, the problem is when you use latex formatting, it can only become a pdf. And when that pdf gets converted, it gets screwed up to another level. The rest is regular Harvard template formatting

People don't understand it's not about the resume but about the college and the past MNCs that got you shortlisted in the Google. I ask you one think do you think people from tier 3 colleges would ever be able to get this starting in the career usually it's a no. Please be aware.

you need to overshadow your college by your work, When you first read this resume, Your first attention was at the technologies, languages and where he worked, college came 3rd or 4th
This is not about resume only, but tier 3 college students are placed in Google I know few people, why are you jealous he is not spreading any fake message that because of this resume only he got calls from Google , Microsoft and Amazon, he is just telling us what can be the best resume template and how we should learn how to make the best resume , resume is just one part and experience matters

To akal k andho, first notice the technologies and languages he has expertise in. The Insititute name just add a little more to the shine (cherry on top). College name is not the only reason.❤

How to go about when there are a lot of companies. Is listing all of them good? Won’t it fill up the entire first page?
Thank you. I have a doubt, should we be more biased towards one programming language, e.g., like JAVA? Some people suggest learn java and Spring Boot as there are more jobs in it. Is there a specialist approach in "Software Development" field like only sticking to java full stack developer? Else I would follow the 7 steps of yours, a problem solver which seems a generalist approach. Which approach is best let me know? For Career?
