Excellent work as usual. I think the new FG parts came out great and I cant wait to see them permanently joined to the body. One step at a time. May just be me, but honestly, how can someone down vote videos like this? Undeserved honestly. Anyhow, crossing fingers that the new board resolves the electrical demons and things begin to make real progress forward for you. Keep at it.
Hey, The bodywork looks brilliant, the plugs and molds and rear arches look great, really looking forward to seeing them all in and together. Gutted that you have to pull it all apart again but hopefully this time all will be ok. I really like that you are attempting to diagnose all possible causes along the way. I do hope you find what it is!!! I also agree with others, your video is the reason I come on TH-cam on Sunday's. It's great to see your progress and development. If there isnt a video next week, I hope you have a Merry Cristmas! :)
Nice to see your making progress 😎 👍 sometimes it's a long and slow process to find the fault.. But I'm sure you'll solve it soon.. Good luck, keep at it. Well done so far 😎 👍 🧙♂️
Thanks! Great question John! The lift definitely makes working on the car much more enjoyable when you can have things at just the right level. Happy holidays to you!
I like your thinking, the best way is a process of elimination, stripping right back testing with one pack to see if there is an isolation problem somewhere, once it's proven to function as it should, adding the second pack. Also checking all electrical connections in the motor whilst swapping out the motor inverter board. Just enjoy Christmas with your family and leave the project and filming for now. We can always pick up after Christmas or New year. All the best to you and your family this Holliday season!
Ok, so I misunderstood it a little with where you wanted to take the rear arches relative to the tail lights, but looking very good. Hope the electrical will be "simply" fixed by isolating the batteries from the frame more.🤞
got my coffee ready to catch up on your videos, have you considered 3d printing your widebody? i'm working on a set of flares for myself. I'm probably going to 3d print it and apply some resin over it.
videos like these make my mornings.

You have to fill in the goofy mouth opening, under each tail light cluster.
