Hey! The bread is a bit over proofed. The holes which you can see on the crust are because of the gasses escaping from the dough. Otherwise it would have been even more airy. Also, wet dough will give you more bounce than a dry dough. Even if the dough balls look flat in the beginning, they will bounce back during baking. ✌🏻
