I was on 74th floor tower 2 when the second plane hit. Finally got out very late. This is an incredible account, so real and close to my experience. So even on a random Monday in July 22 years later I can not get enough of learning about people 's experiences on 9/11. My god, he and his friend are the essence of bravery. His friend was a paramedic as well so all he did was save people...he is literally an angel on earth. I love the greeting Tim and his friend shared every time they saw each other. It bought tears to my eyes and made me laugh at the same time. I have been absolutely fascinated by 9/11..Its is the ultimate study of the human condition on so many levels..I have seen pretty much every documentary every made and watch countless interviews. Partly because my Mom was working in the city blocks away and she would take the path to WTC and arrive 7:30am. The feel of not knowing and then the relief when she finally got through to call with her beautiful calming voice to say she was ok was unforgettable. And I think its my need to wrap my mind around this incredibly surreal event that I have this insatiable need to learn everything I can about it.

I'm so happy that the Internet exists to document all of the survivors' stories so that future generations can look back on this and actually see and hear what that day did to people. This was awful. But also history. It details the best of humanity during unbelievable circumstances. And all of these brave men who gave their lives deserve to be acknowledged by having their last heroic acts told for posterity. I salute Mr. Brown for unflinchingly recollecting the details and for bringing to life the characters of his fallen friends for us to know.

There is no greater LOVE than this, than a man should lay down his life for his friend's! That what Jesus Christ did for us while we were yet still sinners and that expression of his love lived inside all of these people who gave their live's so freely that day! It's absolutely amazing that you are alive to tell this tale! Miraculous! It would appear you were definitely meant to survive. The fact that you weren't even injured is incredible. Your training must have been excellent, for you to have the presence of mind to recall about what to do in such an emergency. You didn't say how many of those who followed you, also managed to survive. I think God chose you to tell the things you said in this interview.
Thank you so much Tim for sharing not only your memory but the memories of so many others, such a precious tribute of love for them. Today is 9-11-2021 and I am so glad to have found your video today, it brought great comfort to me. Thank you, God bless you.

Thank you so much for sharing these amazing stories with us ..even if most are sad beyond belief they need to be told...and who better to tell them than those who experienced it. Also thank you to the firefighters, EMS, police, etc who responded that day. Even though you have heard it repeatedly now, you are heros and will always be forever loved and appreciated.
Thank you for allowing us to listen. This means a lot, I will hold them in my heart. Thank you to all who risked their lives to respond and may those who didn’t make it be in peace and their families and loved ones have strength to endure.

These are the courageous men and women and survivors who did everything to save others. Only they know what it was like to face difficult situations. And people from all walks of life came together to help one another.
I’ve watched about 6 or 7 of these stories so far and this one is the best told, most intense, and just awesome in the worst of ways and I watched the Jimeno and Strauss ones thats got a movie made of it. I would much rather have seen this guys movie. Thanks for sharing Tim.
This man I think so far is the most detailed story teller out of any of the victims that said maybe 1 minute of story thanks to the media shortening it. There need to be more of these, long detailed stories. Also we need to hear what people literally went through with the payouts, day by day phone calls and in-person, therapy of any sort done. Any and all information helps us all more understand what happened that day and following months and years.
Tim, your ordeal was nothing less than amazing! No words can possibly express how deeply your video has affected me. It amazes me to no end how people like you survived. I will never understand how a bunch of people could hate us so much, to fly jets into buildings and kill so many innocent people. God bless you, Tim!
What an amazing human Tim is I’ve watched a few videos of him telling his story he is so captivating I can’t even begin to imaging what everyone involved went through. Everybody should listen to these stories incredibly brave human beings x
I pray for those who were directly affected that day, to be filled with the peace of Christ. And for the rest of us, to choose peace in our own attitudes and actions, every day of our lives.
As a Retired Firefighter from Holyoke MA. I’m so humbled and grateful for the sacrifices of the first responders and altruistic civilians that gave everything for US that day
@Aaron Lewis good BBQ! Hey Aaron, seriously, Springfield and surrounding towns don’t have much to be proud of these days. You, however, have made a lot of my friends feel so proud by using your gift to tell the world how true Americans feel that I really feel indebted to you. Thank you so very much for that.
Im so sorry you had to experience this horrible incident. Thank you for your service, and all those that we lost that day, both physically and mentally. I pray for all those affected and your family's, your health and financial well being. God bless and protect you all.
Yes, thank you, Shelli. You're a gem for doing these interviews!! For many people it's taken this many years to look back and see what happened find these extraordinary stories. It was just too painful for about the first 20 years. And now all the love is coming to the surface. Wow!!!
I just saw a video today where 13 of the sons and daughters who's fathers lost their lives, graduated into the NYPD, in one ceremony. There are others who also became New York fire fighters. But this one had 13.
Thank you Tim for telling your story. It was difficult to listen to it, I can’t even imagine what it was like for you being there experiencing it! You spoke with such high regard of your fallen comrades. They were so very brave and dedicated. I remember 9/11 very well. I don’t have any connection to NYC, so I don’t know where places were located in or near the WTC. You told your story very well, so I could get some sense of place and space. I learn something new from every story I listen to. All the details from many stories, once they are combined, provide a much clearer picture of what happened, how it happened, when it happened. The new detail I took away from your story is the strength of the wind. Most people mention the horrible noise they heard when the buildings collapsed. I’ve not heard the wind described the way you did. I am so very sorry for your losses! Thank you for your service. Best wishes to you!
I seriously wish so badly that I could give this man a hug 💔😢I’m so sorry for what you and everyone else that was there had to go through, may all those affected by this tragedy find peace in every way possible, thank you for sharing this with us!! It makes it more real so that we can know just how much everyone sacrificed for us on that day ❤ You are all the (true heroes) in the world and we thank you for it ❤

My heart goes out to each and every family member who lost a loved one on that horrific day, I will NEVER forget you!
R.I.P to the almost 3000 who went to heaven that day 🙏🏼💜🙏🏼
God bless this guy 💙Tim is a hero
These interviews are good. It’s therapy for survivors.
To all the firemen who lost their lives trying to save others, you will always be remembered as selfless hero’s. You were all so brave and strong. And to the firefighters out there who risk their own lives to save others, you are so brave and inspiring. Thank you all.
I cried listening to your stories.
No words to express my feelings.
Thank you for sharing and God bless you!
Thank you for uploading, archiving these first hand accounts to yt and for your very handy playlist. You do great work. These brave people one and all have been immortalised through their contributions.
Thank you for uploading these stories and keeping the memories alive. And thank you who lived through it to be the light of good in the evil that happened that day. It's good to hear it how it was no matter how heartbreaking without the media circus. I hope you all who survived can still lead a good life and that the memories won't take this from you as well. Greetings from Germany
Perfect comment.
RIP to all those firemen who in eyes of extreme danger did their duty to save others. They will always be remembered as heroes and may we never forget their ultimate sacrifice.
People will soon forget this day just like perl harbor has been forgotten.
Tim is incredible, thank you so much for sharing your testimony. It is beautiful to hear the relationship these brave men had in the darkest of moments
This man is a true professional through and through..To be so articulate and detailed even after such trauma should be rewarded for his bravery..😮
This is a good and lucid recounting. Thanks, Sir.
Tim Brown! My humble words.. love, respect, honor and especially my deepest condolences to you for your dearests friends loss and especially to their families. I’ll never forget the way you called the group of firefighters bumblebees, that’s a new respect I’ll carry. 🐝 God Bless you and God Bless to all the Heroes and victims of that day I WILL NEVER FORGET!! Love and beyond Respect from Ohio!! ❤️❤️
I've had the honor of meeting you once or twice. I am a student of 9/11, too, and you taught me a lot that I did not know today. Sending Reiki healing and love...
This is a love story, thank you sir for sharing the love you had for your friends and the love that was poured out to total strangers!!! There is no greater LOVE than this, than a man should lay down his life for his friend's! That what Jesus Christ did for us while we were yet still sinners and that expression of his love lived inside all of these people who gave their live's so freely that day! God Bless You Sur GREAT is your LOVE
I am very thankful to be able to hear these stories. There is so much useless and ignorant material on these platforms and this is amazing and inspirational.
Thank you for sharing your experience from that horrific day. Your words keep their memory alive.
What an amazing story
Thank you for such a beautiful tribute to your friends, all of the first responders, and the civilians who helped each other that day!
Its interesting after watching dozens of these stories, that each one had a chance meeting with people they knew from previous jobs or service duties.
Very detailed and insightful account. He speaks and looks like a university professor : )
First lot of stories I have found… I will listen to them all as we enter the 20th anniversary… these stories and the detail so touching and just get me… God Bless America…
If you want someone to have your back have this guy Tim, he talks so passionately about his friends, his colleagues you can't go wrong with a friend like him ❤ true hero and i'm sorry you lost so many friends that day 😥 may they all be at peace 🌈.
He has a lot of “best friends” 💕. He seems like a wonderful and wise man
Many aren’t lucky to even have 1. This man has thousands
Amazing. So Sad, such Brave Hero’s. Unbelievable. Thank you Tim Brown
Tim, your ordeal was nothing less than amazing! No words can possibly express how deeply your video has affected me. It amazes me to no end how people like you survived. I will never understand how a bunch of people could hate us so much, to fly jets into buildings and kill so many innocent people. God bless you, Tim!
Their families got killed in the endless wars American fought against their countries. Without any reason
Forget about planes flying into buildings. What about Americans killing each other merely because of the color of their skin
@@lilabraun6919 ..... agreed
Thank You Shelley. ✨🇺🇸✨
That was such an incredible story! I was so engrossed, listening.
God bless you Tim and Fire/Rescue/Paramedics/Police and all who served that horrible day..survivors and those who never made it out..
Thank you for sharing your story❤️
A lovely elogy for your friends, I am glad you survived to remember them. God bless
As a Retired Firefighter from Holyoke MA. I’m so humbled and grateful for the sacrifices of the first responders and altruistic civilians that gave everything for US that day
@Aaron Lewis next time you’re home. I want to buy you a beer at Theodores! Let me know
@Aaron Lewis good BBQ! Hey Aaron, seriously, Springfield and surrounding towns don’t have much to be proud of these days. You, however, have made a lot of my friends feel so proud by using your gift to tell the world how true Americans feel that I really feel indebted to you. Thank you so very much for that.
I’m from Chicopee!
Thank you for knowing and living your purpose 🙏🏽
Not many do.
Thank You Sir for your service 🇺🇲
The amount of courage it takes to do what these brave men & women did on that day is truly unimaginable ❤️🙏🙏
Im so sorry you had to experience this horrible incident.
Thank you for your service, and all those that we lost that day, both physically and mentally. I pray for all those affected and your family's, your health and financial well being. God bless and protect you all.
Amazing. Hope he finds Peace. Great recall of events. Thank you for posting for us who ACTUALLY CARE! From France with Love
Yes, thank you, Shelli. You're a gem for doing these interviews!! For many people it's taken this many years to look back and see what happened find these extraordinary stories. It was just too painful for about the first 20 years. And now all the love is coming to the surface. Wow!!!
Thank you for sharing your experiences that day. I know it's not easy to do as a PTSD survivor, but recording history is very important. God bless.
Tears in my eyes watching this
Much respect to you brother. RIP to all of those we lost that horrible day.
What a wonderful, heartfelt, awe-inspiring, tragic, tribute this man has given his fellows.💔
Firefighters and anyone who went into those buildings to rescue people are hero’s.
Thank you for sharing.
Your Brother in Blue.🇺🇸
I seriously wish so badly that I could give this man a hug 💔😢I’m so sorry for what you and everyone else that was there had to go through, may all those affected by this tragedy find peace in every way possible, thank you for sharing this with us!! It makes it more real so that we can know just how much everyone sacrificed for us on that day ❤ You are all the (true heroes) in the world and we thank you for it ❤
I don’t know why how how this ended up in my recommended videos, but I am so glad I watched this. Hats off to you sir, what a story, probably the most in-depth retelling of a 9/11 story I’ve ever heard.
Much so much respect for you sir and all your comrades! I do believe you are here here to tell the story. and much more.
Thank you Tim Brown for sharing your memories of that fateful day. 9-11 is a day that lives in our hearts and minds every day. I am so thankful that I got to help in some small way, that I got to work for the World Trade Center Health Program for 9-11 as a customer service representative. My heart still breaks for all the heroes that were lost that day from FDNY, NYPD, all the dear civilians, and the families.🙏🙏🇺🇸🇺🇸⚓⚓ As you know our Oath Never Expires.
You are loved, Sir!
You did a great job, sir. Thanks so much for your story.
I was in the 3rd grade and living in California at the time. What I will never forget my mom watching the tv and crying hysterically at first she says she thought that it might have been a movie but it was Live on tv happening in New York City. I remember watching people throw themselves from the tours it was so hard to watch and I’ll never forget. Thank you for your testimony and god bless you Tim.
I was a 4th grade student
God bless you, Tim Brown. Your story moved me deeply. Thank you for your bravery and your commitment to saving so many lives. I am having a cigar in your honor right now.
