I know your gluten free so am I. Rice noodles are gluten free and boil fast. Light and great with any sauce or meat. I like mushrooms and leeks little oil in pan add noodles (cook fast less than 5 mins or longer) add meat stir fry. Any Asian sauce is good with it or whatever you prefer. Nice healthy filling and gluten free.

Suggestion: Add canned Milk to your mashed potatoes and Mac & cheese for smooth creaminess. Cooking is defiantly one of your creative outlets. Looks yummy!
Do you know if it’s possible to cook the noodles right in the pan with the leeks and mushrooms? I have some instant rice noodles I just don’t know if I have to boil them first. I’m trying to reduce the time using the butane burner, and also only use one pan if I can do it.
@@justrowan they cook fast but you need to have liquid in the pan. It’s possible I think you can do it. Just need enough liquid to for them to absorb the liquid and it will absorb fast. Probably it will work I usually use thai noodles or rice noodles same thing. Sell them everywhere at grocery store but understand only using in pot.
