  • How to stop overthinking?
    Hi, friends welcome to helping hands,
    Today we are going to discuss one general problem of most of the people. Which is overthinking.
    Remember that day when you didn’t have a single thought?
    We are perpetual thinkers. It’s a non-stop habit!
    Power of thinking is a gift from god and ability to think is a miracle but we have made this blessing into a problem.
    You generate about 70.000 thoughts per day.
    Thinking is not bad and this is the only the thing which separates us from animals.
    Today i am going to create this video mainly due to two reasons:
    1. a large no of people are affected by this problem
    2. unfortunately over the internet there is a mostly less informative video on this topic. Some of them are misleading and don’t give any solution properly.
    Actually overthinking is a non-stop habit and it's a kind of addiction.
    What are these thoughts all about? Are they helping you in your life ?
    Or are they making you feel less about yourself and others?
    Today we are going to find out how you can stop overthinking - and finally get your mind on your side.
    When we talk in our mind, that's called thinking, and when we talk in our mind about many useless things by all day, that's called overthinking.
    Now what are these useless things?
    These are all those thoughts which have no meanings, in real life there is no good use of these thoughts and sometimes it may harmful also.
    Like, the night before the result out day, we keep thinking about the result. Although we know just by thinking about the result we cannot change it.
    That had already decided. Nothing can be done now.
    When we think about something where we've nothing to do in present, that thinking is called overthinking.
    Also if we think about something where we could make some changes, that is called useful thinking.
    Which is really helpful.
    Over thinkers thinks anything more than its need. If we analyze more then we can see that 85% thoughts are negative and remaining 15% thoughts are realistic.
    Over thinkers mostly think about the past. Like they think about what goes wrong in the past, why that person did that with me?
    And if he asked me that i could have answered the answer that in that way!!!
    May be i haven’t given the answer correctly. If i could have handle that situation the outcome may be different.
    These are totally useless.
    Because you've no control on them, you can't change them
    With these types of thinking the change gets started. This may be also related to future insecurity as well. Like what will i do if that happens?
    How will i do that if that happens?
    Most of the thoughts are unrealistic .some people are so deeply involved in their thoughts with themselves that they also try to imagine
    What should he tell if he asks me anything and in some more extreme cases some people also imagine that the fighting between two
    And also how to fight with that person. these thoughts are totally unrealistic.
    Over thinkers also unable to focus on any particular thing due to over thinking, over analysis and over planning.
    Some times over thinkers start with a thought but due to over thinking and analyzation they ended up with
    Totally different thoughts and sometime also they forget that what they were initially thinking . These thoughts are changes within seconds.
    If we observe the patterns of the thinking of the overthinkers.we can see that it is dimensionless and directionless.
    Thinking is not a bad habit it’s a good habit but without direction and dimension not correct.
    Now after doing lots of research i will give you most effective practical solutions to overcome from overthinking and also to become a happy person.
