TH-cam comments section is not the best place for asking for support. To enable interlock, you have to keep your interlock jumper put in to the cube and switch safety key when LaserCube is on. I have 6 laser projectors from Wicked Lasers (all LaserCubes, but various versions) and I love it. I never had a problem with delivery or product quality. Recently I finally received WiFi Cube and it's amazing - really long signal distance and 2500mW of power! Great color, nice scanners and I really love it. LaserCube like any other class 4 laser projector needs to be operate carefully, by keeping all laser safety guidelines (at least the basic ones). Burn and pop balloons modes are disabled now and can be enabled only on user demand, once they know basic safety requirements. Never aim lasers at people faces
