Lol Q & A tichaita kupera kweGore! As for intermittent fasting, i think it’s what worked for me after giving birth. But haaa you have to understand that it’s not an overnight thing, it takes time. For now I have stopped because i was on antibiotics but I plan on going back to it soon.
