Wow Reza this is amazing - I am just getting back into SP (and after being upset that the original multi-stage approval workflow got taken out), now trying to figure out how to re-create it. Looking forward to watching more of your work.
Is there a way to prevent the end user from manually editing the approval status column themselves? In such a way that is manageable by SharePoint permissions? Or do we have to rely on hiding the approval status columns from within the default list view on the SharePoint List in question?
i get this error when importing the flow to powerautomate The solution file is invalid. The compressed file must contain the following files at its root: solution.xml, customizations.xml, and [Content_Types].xml. Customization files exported from previous versions of Microsoft Dynamics 365 are not supported.
@reza I have an issue with the amount of conditions combined with the sequential approval requests, update SP list w/comments & Status Change, wait for outcome, then send another approval etc. I hit a limit for exceeding the #number of nested action allowed. have you run into this and if so how did you workaround it?
Wow! Thank you so much Reza for sharing this! Do you have a step by step layout available? I am trying to implement this for my organization and still at a beginner level. Great video!!
Very nice! Thank you for another clear and helpful video.
Thanks George
