Paul has been devastating since 1994, in TEKKEN 1... I have been taking damage from him. since 1997, in TEKKEN 3. You don't know how much the struggle is real!

That's the downfall of being a super technical character at high level. Pros don't want to pick super technical characters because they are more inconsistent. So to be used in pro play with any kind of frequency, technical characters have to being extremely high power level. Bryan is likely high tier, but not top 10 or anything. So it's not worth it for someone who isn't a Bryan main who is constantly practicing Bryan's execution to use him in tournament.
TMM both stance ( sand step or something) and ws 1 guarantee 12 frames ( f2, 3 punish) , window is almost impossible to hit for stance 1 and you usually do the 10f punish 2,3. or for mixup you do 2,3 stance, stance cancel etc
