    Why dont they add appreciation cost of home...add 9% and 3% of rental yield..

    Perfect example of making fool of people by pushing them to put money into Stocks which can burst any day.
    Poor people will loose everything.

      He never said to put money in stocks...he said to put money on mutual fund which is basket of 70..80 stocks run by a highly experienced fund manager which is very much risk adjusted and over the long term it always profitable..so don't talk shit on social media

      Mai dono kar rha hu rent ka ghar kabhi bhi khali karna padta hai is process mai apke 1 lakh jaisa extra lag jata hai. 25000 ka rent means 25000 brokerage 20 25 shifting 10 15 A. C shifting or tv carpenter work light work bhot pareshani hai

    Im feeling blessed to purchase my first home in 2021 after regret not investing in plot which became 5x in 2 years, and afterwards I learnt how to make money un real estate and now I have 3 CR+ real estate site which already 2x in 1.5 years, between I'm doing job and living in Noida

    I had lived on rented flat and I know what situation we go through, anytime randomly owner calls nd ask to vacant your flat giving bla bla reason.
    Secondly it's an emotion, having your own home is dream of millions of Indians,
    Apne ghr me rehne ki baat hi kuch or hoti hai .......that what I feel.....
