Hi Michaela, hopefully it's okay if I leave another long comment 😅 As an aspiring motivational speaker, your video is very inspiring. I am no professional either; just an observant and learning from my own experiences. When you mentioned about how pain and certain issues don't linger around forever, that is something only a strong person can say. Most people that suffer are stuck in limbo, which is really sad. This proves once again how strong of a person you are. And indeed, "facing the shadow" (I call the negative thoughts and mental pain the shadow, so it's an interesting coincidence!) will usually bring even more hard times and pain; you're essentially always setting the door open a little bit to let the storm in. Once fully open, then it gets worse. But just like you said: That same storm can come up again, but also lay down. It can however only pass as we face it. (Some people also refer to this phenomenon as pushing down a beach ball in the water; pushing your feelings down will only make them pop up stronger). Sorry, I got carried away. 😅 Thank you for this amazing video and I would very much want a part 2. In the mean time, please take care of yourself because you're a very strong person, likely going to inspire and help many more people, and you deserve it. I do admit I got a bit worried seeing as you've hit a low again recently. You can push through it, remember how you've done so before.
Thanks for comforting me and helping me sleep better 💋❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you for being brave and helpful, Michaela. ❤ And I really hope that you're feeling better. Sending you hugs. ❤
Thank you so much 😊
☺️✨ thank you
I like your video!
One thing I don't want to give up is real love. 😊❤
Finally! Someone shared the real picture of how we actually feel rather than hiding it in some overrated fantasy words. Thank you...
Wonderful video
Well much needed video, thanks, and hope you're doing well.
