If anyone is going to do this, I strongly advise you replace the tone ring while you are at it. That is the press fit steel piece with the dozens of little rectangular cutouts around the outside. This is what the wheel speed sensor for the ABS brakes uses to measure axle speed.
great video, I have the same seal leak why did you remove(hammer on) the sheet metal holding the seal? replacement kit I got doesn't include the metal part only the thick rubber seal

I personally would NOT try that. If you were to do it that way, it would be putting pressure on the outside of the bearing. That could possibly break the bearings out of their housing.. That is why I suggest pressing the inside part of the bearing. That way there is no pressure on the outside housing.
What us peasants who don't have a slide-hammer bearing puller yokie do is put 2 over-long bolts into the stud holes & wind the sucker off using those & an impact gun.

На подшипнике нужно удалить внутренний пыльник чтобы к нему поступала смазка.

I am not real sure what you mean. The seal that I replaced has the metal ring and rubber gasket all one piece.

why 2 splined areas near the diff?

Probably something to do with lubrication.
The rear diff lock (if you have one) engages with those outer splines
