Getting ready for Christmas I Decorating my apartment & baking gingerbread cookies.

Welcome in my new video where I prepare my small apartment for a christmas spirit. Here is the recipe for the gingerbread cookies.
380 g of wheat flour
half a cup of sugar
1 egg
2 teaspoons of ginger
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
orange zest from 2-3 oranges
Mix all the ingredients, form the cookies and bake 12-15 minutes (180 C /356F)
