Love this camera, but on mine I can not find a privacy mask anywhere. Sleep mode is fine, but a lack of privacy mask is terrible for the company to miss!
I can't find the Play Store thing to set up the account. End of. Has anybody any suggestion as to how to start the whole process on an iPhone? I'm sure it can't be as difficult as it appears to be.
Great video, do you know if this brand Ezviz and Gynoid can be connected in the same application? As I already have Gynoid cameras, and it would be very useful to have both in same app
Just bought this as a SATs monitor camera from my Son who's disabled and I needed another camera to show his numbers while I can have a live feed at the same time of him at night, I find this camera to be worse in picture compared to the others I have and I have a CTQ2C and a C4W. But this camera pic quality is a little worse off at night can't see anything and its night mode kicks in and cant use IR because of the light it emits. I've even entered the hidden settings each camera has and changing the brightness, Saturation Contrast doesn't help like it does with the other I have. The night vision is nowhere near as good as my other 2 as well, PAN/TILT has a little LAG when enterting the command and like the CTQ2C you get the constant message that it has network issues and should lower the quality, yet the C4W hardly shows that message, the biggest downside to this brand of camera for all of them is they only support 2.4ghz wifi they don't support 5GHZ. Also got to mention the PC program they do it hasnt been updated since 2016 and its awful dosn't really have anything going can't save videos at all from it you can only do it via the mobile phone app and you have to find what you want hit record to save it to memory card or phone memory and then stop record to end it where you want. The PC program also doesn't shut down properly and has a memory leak issue where it crashes upon shut dont and asks to send a report and restart on almost every occasion I've had to send it back same the C4W is so expensive now I got it for £70 it's now going for £100+

I purchased one of this camera 4mp brand new sealed, i didnt pay atention to image encription,left it with default password ,camera was in the bedroom, when i was in action i saw the camera was moving away from us suspecusly, i moved the camera back ,its moved away again, somone actually see us but dont want to see what we do,keep moving it away, after i left it like that ,than i see the camera moved a few times itself again ,i tought its auto tracking but it wasnt, i changed image encription password, than stop moving itself, i am still terified,my question is who could be watching us? EZVIZ office?
@@GeekStreet That hapened after second day of purchase the camera, cant be hackers, could be the EZVIZ itself monitoring some of the cameras with default password for improvement reason, but this can not be acceptable, i am still not confortable with that, i may also contact the ezviz, if the camera linked in to my account nobody could view it

Another question I have Tuya zigbee wall switch does it work with smartthing hub directly with Tuya hub in place o i have to have tuya hub ? Please advise.

Did you change the password after this? I think their are hackers out there scanning for open CCTV cameras.
