I totally agree with you. Her excuse of being a single mom and wanting to hurry home for her children, really is not good enough. She didn’t seem to feel guilty for what happened. As if it wasn’t her own choice that she was drinking alcohol and drive. she could have easily gone with the police right away and things wouldn’t have gone out of hand like how it is now.

@@luv4umin471 She probably forgot that not every rich person had that privilege to escape from the wrongs they did. Even someone a lot richer than her with political connections couldn’t even get away with his crime. Her excuse is as lame as it gets because she could not come up with a better one (as there is none). If she truly loved her children, she wouldn’t have gone out to get drunk, and worse yet, drive, in the first place.
I think she also had the notion that the police wouldn’t dare stop all super expensive cars and that money could fix everything. This sort of person is very dangerous in every society and I really do feel sorry for her children.
