- Anandamayi Ma (née Nirmala Sundari; 30 April 1896 - 27 August 1982) was a Bengali Saint, described by Sivananda Saraswati (of the Divine Life Society) as "the most perfect flower the Indian soil has produced." Precognition, faith healing and miracles were attributed to her by her followers. Paramahansa Yogananda translates the Sanskrit epithet Anandamayi - as "Joy-permeated" in English. This name was given to her by her devotees in the 1920s to describe her perpetual state of divine joy.

Speaking into a phone looking at this great saint! I find myself in this place the home of my parents who have long since past! This dog so old snoring in the background. Everything arises Within Me. Who am I. Self-luminous unspeakable not even aware. What is eternal is already. Why Stop thoughts I have never had thought. Why grasp I have no hands. Why identify with the self. I am the self. Why join or unify. Everything arises Within Me. Who am I? a question with no answer. Everything done to find oneself presupposes a false condition. A condition and a denial. How could I be anything but myself? To seek myself is to deny myself. What is here unchangeable

I believe in Beautiful, Meditative Anandmayi Ma, who was Born as a Spiritual Master, since I read her Short Biography and her Relationship as a Sister with Swami Yogananda.
I like this Potrait of Divine Ma sitting in a Calm Posture and the One with the Idol of Laddu Gopal on her Lap, both these Portraits of Anandamayi Ma Tames my Wild Wild Spirit and my Wild Wild Heart, Mind at Peace.
Unfortunately recently in Era of Generation X and Y, in the Era of Modern Spiritualism, it's been Proved that lot of Devotees try a Shortcut to Enlightenment, to fit in the Body of Anandmayi Ma by using some External Support Drugs which is never Recommended when one is on the Pure Path of Spiritualism, Quite often most of the Devotees practice Substance Induced Meditation thinking that they will attain the Enlightenment similar to Anandmayi Ma and such Devotees Fall on their Face ending up in Mental Disorders like Psychosis and Psychotic Depression.
You may wonder or think that I am Demotivating those on the Path of Spiritualism, but somehow after experiencing Psychosis and after my Recovery from Psychosis which is almost 80% coming out of Substance Induced Psychotic Depression, I felt like Expressing in this Vlog.
Those who knew me, those who didn't all thought and still think that I was trying to Imitate these Women Spiritual Masters and tried to Fit in their Body... with Fake Enlightenment.
But the Truth is I wasn't imitating any Spiritual Masters, I have always been Misunderstood as always because of my Belief in these Women Spiritual Masters who were Born as Spiritual Masters, who belonged to Generation Baby Boomers and prior to Baby Boomers. I went in Depression because of Environmental Condition, Harmonal Imbalance being a Woman, Nutritional Imbalance and Mental pressure on my Human Brain and Mind.
I truly Believe that I was able to Cope with Substance Induced Psychotic Depression because some of my Prayers to these Spiritual Masters, especially Women Spiritual Masters like Anandmayi Ma who were Born as Spiritual Masters, who belonged to Generation Baby Boomers and prior to the Era of Baby Boomers.
It's just Pure Blessings that I seek from Ma every time I read about her or look at her Picture and I Thankyou Ma for taking care of me during my Psychotic Depression and helping me to Overcome it after 10 long yrs.
Please Forgive me Ma, for my Behaviour, my Agression during my Mental Illness and for Hurting my Beloved Father who was Naive, not so Knowledgeable about Morden Human Psychology and my Mental Illness. Please forgive me Ma and help me to Overcome the REMORSE of Committing a Crime during my Mental Illness that I carry in my Concious, Unconscious and Subconscious Mind,Heart for Hurting my Beloved Father.
I always Believed in You as a Spiritual Master, Prayed to you as Rescuer. I never tried to imitate or Tried to be one Like you, though it appeared so by those who Misunderstood me always because of my Belief in Spiritualism.

The physical body I am in brings with it many hinderances, primarily pain.
I can sit for short times before pain eventually and throughout hinders concentration and eventually pulls me away.
I work and work with it but it always seems to win out, eventually.

Hi Jayasara, I wonder if you might consider the Marathi spiritual classic Dasbodh by Samartha Ramdas. It was very influencing on Nisargadatta Maharaj's lineage.
The English translation is very poorly done. A lot is lost in English because where every Indian language has a rich spiritual vocabulary, English is just pathetic. It is like talking through heavy glass trying to get the reader to understand the deeper meaning.
