As the old saying goes if you have to ask how much you probably can't afford the rent. My guess is this one is $3,500 to $4,000 dollars a month.

One has to be able to compare the rental cost to other units in d immediate vicinity. Most people who can afford acquired their rich status by being wise, informed, and financially intelligent😅
@@fl2927I lived in NYC and vacationed in Toronto. I will take Rockwell and BGC any-day over NYC or Toronto. They have a much lower crime rate, better weather, are cleaner with no illegal alien pickpocket gangs. I always feel save in Rockwell and BGC and everyone is so polite and friendly. Also, rentals are 1/4 of the price of NYC or Toronto. Sorry but you are sadly living in the past.
