To those who don't know. The man who made this, Mr. Masami Ōbari, did some good animation on some of the mecha shows, including Bang Bravern. BUT he is also who made a certain adult anime a long time ago. If you know, you know
@@dr_rowby.scramble - That's totally untrue. It's only because the uploader didn't create the upload properly. I've seen 2 other channels that had every one of it's anime videos come out the same way. Yet every single anime those 2 channels uploaded were all just as hazy as this one. All the animes I'm talking about are easily found on TH-cam as I've had some of the older ones saved in my TH-cam library since day 1 and the audio and visual quality is excellent on every single one. In fact 1 of the channels which I immediately unsubscribed to, had 3 anime series that have been readily available on TH-cam for 5+ years as they're still in my library as I type this. Certainly no disrespect intended but the poor quality picture has nothing to do with copyright reasons. If that were the case, he'd of split the screen rather than use full screen English dubbed. In your defense though, this is a known filter block that some but very very few uploaders have used occasionally however there's easier ways to get around the copyright issues than using a declarifying filter.
@@razz-8031 I've seen countless animed get taken off TH-cam for copyright, so it was just an assumption, but thanks for the info! It was really helpful
