Hello, Diane - I just saw Bill M. w/ new partner Bucky Heard in a live show. I've, also, seen photos of Darrin as an adult which seem to match. So, I would say YES; that looks like father Bill (blue flowered shirt) & step mother Paula sitting in the front row of the groom's side.
