山谷餐馆的焦糖烤猪排BBQ Ribs滋啦冒油，脆甜浓香！边吃猪排边看罕见的双层彩虹

今天Yooupi去了佛罗雷斯岛最富盛名的Poco da Ribeira do Ferreiro瀑布，之前看评论有一位游客说这个地方只有诗人才能形容它的美，来了以后真的没有失望，简直太美了，而且游客很少，山谷里非常静谧。在里面坐了差不多一下午，都快过饭点儿了才下山，就近找了一家餐馆Aldeia da Cuada，本来对这个餐馆没有报太大的希望，因为就是因为距离方便所以才选择它，结果没想到这简直就是一个惊喜，应该是吃到了上岛这么久最棒的一餐，首先餐厅所在位置在一个山谷当中，环境很美，有一个观景台作为用餐区，去的时候游客很多，Yooupi点了一个前菜和主菜，口味都非常出色。食材新鲜，调味优秀，特别是主菜的焦糖烤猪排，不仅份量大，而且口味很适合我，甜咸甜咸的猪肉搭配了生菜沙拉和炸厚土豆片简直是给饥肠辘辘的我提供了美味的一餐，餐厅老板也非常健谈，会询问食客们对菜品的意见，很专业。幸运的是因为漂了一些微雨，出现了非常罕见双层彩虹，餐厅里大家都笑着鼓掌，氛围非常好。这真的是美好的一次探店！

I chose it because of the convenient distance. It was a pleasant surprise to think of it. It should be the best meal after so long on the island. First of all, the restaurant is located in a valley and the environment is beautiful. There is an observation deck as a dining area. There are many tourists when I go, Yooupi I ordered an appetizer and a main course, and the tastes were outstanding. The ingredients are fresh and the seasoning is excellent, especially the caramel grilled pork chop for the main course. Not only is the portion large, but the taste is very suitable for me. The sweet, salty, sweet and salty pork with lettuce salad and thick fried potato chips is just for me who are hungry. A delicious meal, the restaurant owner is also very talkative, and will ask the diners their opinions on the dishes, very professional. Fortunately, because of some light rain, a very rare double rainbow appeared. Everyone in the restaurant laughed and applauded, and the atmosphere was very good.
