You put this video out at the perfect time for me, I've actually been recently craving playing some games with decent cooking gameplay, so thank you! :)
@@Cozygamingclub Yes I did! I put ones I've never heard of on my wishlist, like Magical Bakery and Baltic Folk. Lemon Cake is only $8.99 in the summer sale, so I might pick that up, it looks really cute. Nom Nom Cozy Forest Cafe looks wonderful as far as design goes, but the rhythm aspect scares me, lol. I also added the Witch's Bakery and Catffee Time! to my list, so thank you! I also wanted to say, it's not a cozy game by any means, but the survival game Abiotic Factor has a surprisingly in depth cooking aspect to it. There's even a cooking class you can start as, as well as frying pans, soup pots, and eventually an oven you can find/learn to make and craft to cook for yourself and friends. You can even purify water to slake your thirst. Food is pretty important in that game, and there are both helpful and harmful recipes for you to make. You also learn recipes by experimenting with ingredients, you don't start with a cookbook. Though you can also learn recipes by interacting with things or reading emails. It's a really fun Half Life-esque survival game where you play as a scientist trying to escape a massive underground facility. I'd especially recommend playing it with friends, it really enhances the experience.
Try rpg chef looks really fun you get to kill things to get your ingredients and the developer is amazing his art works is really beautiful he did all the games buy himself with out any other people help him go support the creator of this game on TH-cam.
Fun fact the cute game with girls use to be a shooter game that battles each other like the old arcade games that had a space ship version too they even made it into a anime tv series.
Ah so happy to find this video. I’ve been looking for a cozy restaurant management + farm sim, explore + forage game for ages. Found a couple from this video Iv never seen before so thanks
I’m still trying to find a game that’s just like Rolling Hills but I don’t have any luck. I loved the cuteness of it and how simple it is. Just serving sushi and making friends. Beating it left a void in my heart 😭
Highly suggest Battle Chef Brigade. It’s what got me into cooking games and it’s amazing, if a bit short. Fantasy Life i: the girl who steals time might also be a good one to look into. It’s not just about cooking but Chef is one of the lives you can play and its predecessor on the 3DS is one of my favorite games to this day.
@@AlwaysAMageMain I did consider adding fantasy life into this video actually! But I wasn’t 100% sure on the different paths and if you could avoid cooking by not picking chef 🤔 I’ve not heard of Battle Chef Brigade! Definitely going to need to check that one out! Thank you so much for the rec 💛
thanks for this list! I've been obsessed with cooking games lately haha! Super excited for CHEF RPG as it comes out in 5 days from the time I'm typing this comment. : )
It's 2025. Is there any reason that every cooking game looks like it was made between 1999 and 2004? It's the food that makes cooking games appealing. And it's pixelated in most of these. Is anyone ever going to make a triple-A game like Cooking Fever with realistic food and mechanics?
Me too!!! I love cooking games so much, hence why I’ve played almost every single one on this list 😅 what’s your favourite cooking game? I’m glad I’m not alone in that! It’s a weird feeling but I definitely have it with a few games
@@Cozygamingclub Literalllyyy sooo many!! And so many different types and unique ones too! I didn’t really think about how many cooking games are upcoming as well!!! 🥰
great video!! quick thing with magical delicacy!! the developers have said that the game is coming to xbox and pc on july 16th but the switch version needed more time so it will be available on august 15th!! ❤
I recommend the upcoming cozy game 'Farlands'! It's a farming sim with a twist, it's set in space! It's pixel art is super captivating and amazing to look at, charismatic characters and even your own space ship! It's coming in early acess this late July and full released in early 2025:)
Oooh I am very excited about this one! I included it on my list of games releasing in July and can’t wait to try it out when it releases later this month 😁
lemon cake stresses me the fuck out and has the clunkiest controls i have ever witnessed (i play on xbox) other people who play on switch or pc don't know what i'm talking about but do NOT get this game on xbox it is a miserable experience
@@Cozygamingclub they don't and endgame is like unplayable 🥲 i get stuck on the doorway CONSTANTLY and it's so insanely frustrating. i wish they'd drop a patch so i can finish the game because it's really cute 😭

THAT typing game is interesting. I can say I've never seen that before. Depending on the price... I'd check that one out. Sounds calm yet chaotic.
I think there’s a free demo up at the moment if you want to give it a go! It does look so unique and different 🤩

I’m really glad to hear that! I’m always looking for new cozy restaurant games which is why I put this list together 😂
I love Lemon Cake and Calico. I am most excited for Nom Nom Cafe, Fruit Bus and Magical Delicacy
Yesss they all look so good! Only a week to go until Magical Delicacy 🥳

wow - Baltic Folk looks so cute ! That one will definitely be added to my wishlist :) Thanks for this awesome list Ellie 🥰
It really does! I’m so intrigued by that one! I’m so glad I could introduce you to some new cooking games 😁
Rolling hills was awesome. I played it for 25 hours.
I’m really glad you enjoyed it! I just didn’t vibe with it but I wish I did

Great list! Chef RPG and Tavern Keeper looks really promising 👍
I think Chef RPG is one of the ones I’m most excited for!
Yes same. Love complex management Sims to balance out the coziness😁
magical bakery looks good
It’s fun! I’ve got some gameplay up of it on my channel if you want to see what it’s like ☺️
yesssss, i love cooking games
edit: also totally feel the "this game is not good but i still love it" moment

Yesssssss so glad you enjoyed it 😁
SPACE CHEF! It looks incredible and it's the one I'm looking forward to the most.
Oh wow this one is now on my wishlist!!! The art style is so different from anything else. It looks more like a TV cartoon than a game 😱
@Cozygamingclub exactly! Glad to finally have shared something new for you 😊 you always give me great recommendations
@Scilla1084 I’m really glad to hear that and thank you so much for sharing your recommendations with me too 🥰
One i dodnt see on ur list is cusineer
Oooh that one is on there at around 5:45 😁 Have you played it?

Yeah the controls are not amazing! I used a community made controller on steam deck and that worked better but I don’t think they exist on Xbox 😭
