Not a tutorial. Just some time together crafting with file folders making a folio/booklet/insert /ephemera folder......thing. 😊 I don't know what to call it but it was fun to do!

I love your file folder holder. Its turning out really for not having a plan and just playing. You play good.
My faviorite season is Spring. The winter chill is leaving the land. Everything is starting to grow again. The trees leaf out and the flowers bloom. I love the spring flowers and the warm breezes from the south.
Green file folders are my favorite thing to use to make little journals and projects!

I live in Houston, Tx so we only have 2 seasons, summer and a very short winter. Right now the weather is nice a cool for our area but we are waiting for a hurricane to make landfall one the gulf coast.

What type of sewing machine do you have? What is your tension , mine doesnt do well on paper.
Mine is a Singer from the early 80s. As to tension, it just depends on the thread I'm using and the thickness of what I'm putting through the machine. I have a video on my channel about sewing on paper and adjusting tension that might help you
Ive watched several of your video's and based on somethings you have said- I think we maybe related. Whats on the left, needs to be on the right side too. I have boxes of unfinished projects etc.
Have you tried just using foam circles/squares to go underneath the circles before putting the eyelets on? I've used it and haven't had any problems with them coming off. Just a thought :)
Your wonderful folio/booklet reminds me of a lapbook, only 3 main sections instead of 4. I love it!
Dawn what are the closures with the brad you used to hold the folder closed?
It's been ages and ages since I uploaded this video so without re-watching it, I'm guessing you're referring to what's called a button and string closure. Using eyelets and circular pieces of cardstock.
