@@pelvicfloorproject hi! I just came back from an appointment. I do have to push back surgery until late January due to some family issues. I need child care/help during recovery and I decided waiting until January is best for everyone.
I am doing great and have no regrets but it is a big surgery and I would encourage you to find a physiotherapist that you trust to help you with recovery guidance.
How are you doing now ? I’m a guy who is about to have surgery for hernias and diastasis. Extremely nervous and really want to get back to my gymnastics. Would be good to know how your strength is now
I'm doing great but each person has their own journey in recovery. I encourage you to work with someone to help with your recovery. This is a major surgery!

What pain relief did they give you? My surgery is in 2 weeks

I have no regrets but I am about 2.5 years out now. HOpe all went well for you!

How long was the fully recovery
I suppose it depends what you consider "full recovery"!
Thats NOT a Tummy Tuck...thats Surgery to repair damaged muscles...a Tummy Tuck is Loose skin removal on your lower abs...2 very different surgeries
They also do both surgeries at the same time in some cases.
Its day 2, now kidding your sore and needing to rest, you just had a major surgey..🙄 womp womp
