I completely understand how our busy schedules and just regular life can take over. I will not be able to do a video on that TH-cam will not push that type of video for my channel. I have will share with you that the lady that does my hair locked my hair I try to go to her every 3 weeks for her to refresh. She wash and deep condition it and re-twist the roots. As for my nails they are my natural nails I have them to polish with gel nail polisher because the color last longer in my opinion. I normally go to the nail shop every 3 weeks.
