I have no dog in this hunt and had limited knowledge this case before the trial started. So far, I have not been convinced of Read’s guilt. Instead, I have lots of reasonable doubt. No vast conspiracy- rather a cover up involving a couple of people at the core who have vast connections in Canton State trooper was credible. Severe chain of custody issues, extreme suspicious behavior and mishandling of the entire case reeks of cover up. More likely the dog knocked this man and he hit his head, panic ensued, a couple connected individuals circled the wagon to make it look like a different accident.

I do not think this lawyer is telling the cop how to do his job nor is he being manipulative. He obviously did all his due diligence very thorouglhy. That’s what makes a good lawyer.
