Love your videos, but not to be that guy, but could you please not reveal the places you are fishing? I crappie fish just the way you did here and more people will start showing up. Not to be an a$$.

Because they fish on the lakes named after them or where they live. Nobody cries when they make their videos, but if I make a video somewhere you fish, everyone cries… Double standard. Public lake, you can’t stop social media neither can I even if we wanted. If it’s not going to be me it’s still going to be someone else. 903 fishing takes out guides and then makes videos all over those lakes down there. Palestine is his home lake, he’s got 15 videos off the sunken Bridges. My one video is not your problem, nor will it ever be. I never say where I am unless it’s unimportant. I was fishing main lake on a giant body of water, the odds they find where I am is zero if they’re coming from a place they’ve never seen that lake before. No I will not censor my content anymore than I already do which is about 90%, and if someone shows up there, don’t blame me, plenty of people running their mouth. How do you think I found out about Where to go, I Live three hours away from there.

Don't lift em out the water when they bite slide the pole backwards between your arm pit and keep em in the water till you can grab em. It's the hardest part when wadefishing crappie otherwise youll lose half of what you hook . I live in tyler and fish palestine every week. Nice video!!!!
great fishing. i have been trying to find a place on lake Palestine where i can do some bank fishing, but i haven't been able to find that place yet. it would be great if you could help point me in the right direction. all the places I've seen you have to have a boat to get to.
I am from three hours north of there, I have no idea how to point you in any direction on Palestine. I used my kayak to get to good fishing areas. And I don’t even know where I was. I couldn’t even tell you where to start looking on that lake except Those submerged Bridges. Everyone there should know where those are
Hey dude, pretty new to the channel and relatively new to targeting crappie specifically.. that being said, I spent some time working as a fly fishing guide and have spent the past few years honing in on chasing the crappie with the seasons and to anyone out there looking for new techniques for catching crappie, try a fly rod. Essentially from the spawn until the fish move back to deeper water I’ll use only the fly rod and it’s ability to let unweighted flys “hover” is unmatched. The floating line will act as a strike indicator and if you move to heavier jigs/flys simply add a thingamabobber or other similar style strike indicator. It’s deadly effective and if you ever get bored with the proven techniques you’re familiar with, it’s a total blast! Best of luck to everyone out there this year, would love to see some of these crappie channels dip their toes into the fly world hahaha keep crushin BarFly!
Wow you smoked em.....wish we had hard bottom to wade in down here if you tried that in S. Louisiana you would sink in sludge up to your butt or an alligator would take a chunk out of your leg....great video love the technique
