  • Inserted in a plot of irregular geometry and surrounded by constructions of little architectural value, this house faces challenges of topography and orientation. It closes off towards the west, where there is a national road and a café, and opens towards the east, offering stunning views and privacy. The structure features irregular shapes, earthy tones, and few openings, using courtyards and skylights to bring in natural light. A clear distinction between exterior and interior reflects the intention to isolate from the immediate surroundings without compromising internal dynamics. Social areas face eastward, while intimate areas face westward, separated by a large internal patio that enriches the spatial and visual experience.

    What a waste of patio.... Make it green and breathe.... also open up the rooms to the courtyard and connect them visually.
    Interrupting the window from the living room with something that looks like a chimney was not a wise decision either....
    Well, there are colors for tastes, right....
