Depends on what you're masterbating to. Gratifying the flesh on its own isn't sinful. Otherwise, everyrime we would scratch or rub the itch, we would be sinning as we are "gratifying the flesh".
@@Bl3ndrz none of these refer to masturbation as a sin. The first one refers to lusting being the sin, particularly lusting after someone who isn’t your wife. The second one refers for sinful desires, which is jsut the first one. The third one refers to sin again, but it does not say masturbation is a sin. Your reasoning is circular - you’re assuming masturbation is the sin and then saying the reason how it is, is…because it’s a sin.
@@ultrafrost-2774 ah but you've straw-manned my verse from Peter. "abstain from fleshly lusts" does not specify adultery in any manner. That is entailed, of course, but lets break it down. Masturbation is sexual. No? Sexual temptations that are not defined as holy and divinely intentional(sex within marriage) within whatever scripture you decide to use are temptations of the world. No? Now, let me be clear that in saying "temptations of the world" I am not inherently saying that every enticing thing within the world is sinful. Saying you want the new xbox is not sinful. Is that fair? Now, there's two roads you can go down. A: Youre masturbating due to lust. Well, you've already lost there. B: You're not masturbating to lustful thoughts or sexual content. Ok. Why are you doing what youre doing? Even as unlikely as it is that the first is not already the case, you are yet again giving into temptations of the flesh(and therfore, the world) In no manner were you commanded to masturbate. You've got smth going on with hormones and you gave in, youre bored and you gave in. i could go on. You've given in to temptation of the flesh. You've sinned. Sex and its functions are holy and ONLY to be used between husband and wife. That goes without saying.
People who can't stop mastrubating or won't will say that is not a sin but yes that is a sin because lead us deeper into corn and lust. God bless you all brothers
Lol right a man used to try to convince me it wasn’t and that doctors say it’s normal and healthy since he’s a psychologist but was still in denial even after I showed biblical proof 😂😂😂
Miracles like these happen when the situation demands this need, which God can make happen, but if you simply just put your hands in the fire because you want to test it, you will most likely get your hands on fire
Technically, yes, you can but your chances of getting a burn are high. Same with masterbation; you CAN masterbate without having lustful thoughts for a living person BUT your chances are having these thoughts are high. 95% of the time, people will be lusting when they do this act.
I came here seeking answers. But i think my heart already knows the answer. I think ive just been fooling myself and im now beginning to understand. Ive always believed it was healthier to do it. But i now see that is a lie to lead us into temptation
I once thought that it wasn’t a sin when you didn’t think about sexual things. But doing so in the first place in any context means that you fall into the temptation of doing so, which is a sin.
When you have an intense itch, you are of course tempted to scratch it. Correct? By giving into that temptation and scratching my itch, am I sinning against God? If the answer is "No" your original comment is false. However, if "yes" please explain why because I need to know. ✌
So because an opportunity to merely be tempted is present, then something is a sin? There is always an opportunity to be tempted by something, at every point in time, at every location, so are we always sinning by the prospect of temptation existing? be for real
Unrighteous unatural evil Lust is wrong, But god did create the great desire in man to love, procreate. reproduce, God Created lust in us its in our natural Biological God created Dna, Lust means a great desire for something, you can lust after anything. Money, work, food, material ETC. The world has classified some things differently, which is not suppose to be according to the lost carnal world of the devil which twists, confuses and lies about the truth, The full word of God is the truth who is Jesus. Lust that is out of bounds or out of control, Idolitry of anything is bad. Self control is a fruit of the Spirit which we all need , in which we get the good fruits produced in us by God who Enlightens us, which is necessary. All goodness comes from God. Because it is written we must live according to the spirit not the Flesh, The spirit is superior than the body and the spirit is meant to rule the flesh, not the other way around. The body needs to be under control, its about doing things the righteous way. It's about the relationship with Jesus, not just going to church believing. But we must be born again for enlightenment and strengthen our spirit to be stronger than the body. And produce the fruit of the spirit which we all need and rest and we cannot live without our God, our creators guidance. Without Jesus there is no true life, but death. Jesus is the way, the truth and the life. No man was meant to live without God's guidance. Were meant to be fully dependant on God and his name is Jesus, the word of God.
I am a devoted Christian but I am struggling with this issue earlier…!!I leave abroad far from my wife for years and i am a grown man whose hermons gets changed and when dopamine hits the brain all the Bible verses and all the commandments get aside and I give up and fulfill the lustful behavior and then regret and then feel bad about it how I couldn’t control my body Realizing it’s a sinful act I ask for forgiveness with fasting and prayer and feels good and feels forgiven but again after sometimes I tend to repeat the same lustful sin this is keep on repeating,Plz help me I tried every possible way to stop it,, I watched every TH-cam video to know how to avoid it I did everything now I am tired myself 😢
What has helped me to stop is reading scripture daily, even if I thought it was boring, (it’s not) and focusing on Gods love for me and Jesus’ grace to forgive me. Try to focus on his understanding and entrust him with all your problems, desires, fears, hopes and things, basically surrendering yourself to God. Amen
We humans are not perfect and are bound to sin. That is why we must ask for forgiveness. A righteous man falls 7 times. It is better to masturbate than to let that desire grow in your heart and lead you into something worse like cheating on your wife. Just be mindful to not let it become an addiction
I can tell u what i use to do when i'm strugglin with this, i always focus on god, and think it is like gym, when the weight is heavy enough that u cannot lift it, tell the strong to help u, remember, the strong is Jesus, is our lord and savior. So, when i struggle with this, i focus on Jesus, i try to not think on these things and pray, maybe this can help u ;)
I’ve been kinda struggling with the thought of if it was a sin or not and I got my answer right here, now when it came to masturbation mines wasn’t really sexual related but something else but I did let it go cause I wanted to be more like Christ and live righteously so thanks dropping this video
Husband-wife is Christ-Church. Sex is reproductive. Christ indwells his Church (either personally, through God's Word, and through the Spirit) spiritually the same way a Husband enters his wife physically, causing either a new physical birth or someone to become newly/spiritually "born again." Male-male relationships are like Jesus saying, "I won't work through the Church - I want to find another me and we'll do it together." Female-female is like the Church saying, "We don't need Jesus, we can do this without him." Male masturbation is like Jesus saying, "I don't even need another me, I can gratify my reproductive urges by myself without ever actually bringing new life forth from it." That's a false image. Jesus doesn't do any of these things, and it would be wrong for the Church to try to move forward like that without Christ. Ergo, masturbation fails to reflect the image of God in our lives.

Disturbing fact about extreme addiction to pornography: Not only pornography effects the body but also mentally. This can cause what I like to call it “ill curiosity.” I’m not going into detail but all fetishes are one of them… and some of them are straight up disgusting and disturbing. Heck, even cannibalism is part of it. So yeah, pornography destroys us deeply and this thing is serious.
@@slapshotjack9806 You are right about that. People seem to think that there can be no masturbation without pornography exposure and/or addiction. This is false. I know from years of experience. I got into that habit for 3 years before I had my firsthand experience with porn. They can be separate things.
I find it interesting as to why it only says if anyone looks at a ''woman'' committed adultery in his heart? and not mention if anyone looks at a man committed adultery in her heart? they should have said IF ANYONE LOOKS AT ANYONE COMMITTED ADULTERY IN HIS OR HER HEART! that would be a fair statement! because we all know it's not only men who have lusts!, women too!
This serious topic is quite confusing and disturbing. In science they say it is normal to masturbate its part of human life. Doctors usually says masturbation is good to the body it releases stress and good to prevent prostate cancer. But everything should be in moderation just like drinking alcohol you can drink but in moderation. In religion side well they say it is a sin an act of immorality lustful or non lustful is quite the same. Since it is a sin absolutely you will feel guilty if you do it. Well my personal opinion with this topic is use your own judgement choose what is right for youself.
It isn't a Sin as long it isn't a Strong Sexual Desire. And its impossible not to do it. I stopped doing it for 3 weeks and it gets worse each time. It feels more healthier. If God doesn't like it then i have to remove a part of my body then.
Some people have higher stronger sex drives than others n the more testosterone the higher the desire n stronger n more frequent the erections that's not a choice that's the body doing its thing naturally
It is possible to never do it again and I got really far until woman came and I fell for it like fool and not demon got access and it is hard but possible however one myst be willing to deny himself completely
The Catholic church sees masturbation as a sin and places much guilt and shame on this, there is no clear scripture that says so, any scripture can be used out of context to say it is. First is a person doing this with pornography or lustful desires? of cause if so, this would be a sinful behaviour and addictive in nature. If not can anyone with any clear judgment say it is? In 1 Corinthians 6 :12 regarding flee sexual immorality "All things are lawful for me, but not all things are helpful. All things are lawful for me, but I will not be dominated by anything. The rest of the text (to the saved) is referring to adultery and fornication your body not joined to a prostitute. It's very easy to be legalistic on a subject without having clear scripture text regarding masturbating. From a lot of the comments there are so many Christians that are suffering shame and guilt thinking they are not saved or have lost their salvation because of masturbation. Pornography is a sin and any sexual behaviour that gives pornography a hold on our lives needs to be confessed and seek God's help and deliverance from that bondage. God Bless At first you give godly advise to help especially Christians that struggle with porn, BUT as with your web page as well as other Christian web pages that talk about this subject you (they) mention the porn sites or shown a logo of the porn sites, this is totally wrong the people struggling with porn known the sites and do not need them shown or help advertise them on your behalf even though it's not any ones intention to.
Adultery is to cheat on your wife with another spouse, but people tend to forget about fornication. Fornication is not premarital sex that is a lie, sex before marriage was never mentioned in the Bible you can look it up. Sex is reproductive as God made it, marriage is to be joined into your wife an become one flesh. That’s sex, an sex outside of marriage would be sex that isn’t reproductive. Which includes masturbation, oral sex, anal sex, safe sex, raw sex + plan b, incest, bestiality. These are all lust filled an unlawful. 1 Corinthians 7:2 But since sexual immorality is occurring, each man should have sexual relations with his own wife, and each woman with her own husband. Genesis 2:24 That is why a man leaves his father and mother and is united to his wife, and they become one flesh.
Seek a wife if you struggle with lust. 1 Corinthians 1:13 No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it.
So you are claiming that if a husband or wife is infertile, the Bible says that they are unable to become one flesh, and they ought to never have sex? Clearly you misunderstand. You said that in first Corinthians that Paul was condemning any kind of sex that is not reproductive, but that is clearly not what he is saying at all. He is saying that most people are unable to stay single without lusting after others. So while it is better to stay single because you are able to devote more time to God, it is better to be married than to be single while perpetually struggling with sexual immorality. 1 Corinthians 7:5 Do not deprive each other except perhaps by mutual consent and for a time, so that you may devote yourselves to prayer. Then come together again so that Satan will not tempt you because of your lack of self-control. Do you think Paul is referring to depriving each other of more children? No. He is referring to the pleasure aspect that God made a part of sex in His perfect design. To unite 1 man and 1 woman as one flesh. But nowhere does it claim that sex without reproductive purposes is a sin.
@@lukers9819 😳?? How did you get any of that from what I said? Paul referred to a man sleeping with his fathers wife as fornication. I used that as an example to back up my argument to prove fornication doesn’t mean premarital sex.🧏🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️ now how exactly did you get that!?

@@benjaminA.stantonpun Ephesians 5: 22Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord. 23For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body. 24Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing. 25Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it; 26That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word, 27That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish. 28So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself. 29For no man ever yet hated his own flesh; but nourisheth and cherisheth it, even as the Lord the church: 30For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones. 31For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh. 32This is a great mystery: but I speak concerning Christ and the church. “Do all things to glorify God.” Ask: Does _____________ glorify God? If you answer yourself with a yes, go a step forward and ask yourself, “How?” or “Is it God’s will for me to do ___________?” We are human and attempt to rationalize the things we want to do even though knowing we shouldn’t.
I think the reason why it's a sin is because of two reasons: 1. Because it's selfish and you are keeping the pleasure to yourself. 2. Because you figure if i can just pleasure myself all time what do i need marriage for? But marriage is to bring forth man and woman together...to bring forth and raise up children in the way that they should go so they wont depart from it. So that one day the children will go out and be soldiers for God. I think that is the reason why masturbating is a sin. Because if you masturbate and keep doing so....none of that can take place.
To everyone that says its not a sin... It always has a trigger, whether mentally or what we see online or in everyday life. From that trigger, lust forms. Its always an excuse, dont fall into a trap by using doctor advices when the GREAT HEALER says otherwise
The thing about masturbation is that people always connect it to lust when in reality it should be done, the penis is just like every other muscles and the lack of use of it makes it age bad, not to extend how by ejaculating we prevent many diseases including cancer, and the age of marriage has been changed as more time humanity has gone and we now marry someone far later then it should be... I knew this and i was trying to use it as an excuse to masturbate, before doing it tell yourself if you're doing it for your health or you're just addicted, for me i connected to every other sin, God created alcohol and relax but we became addicted to it, they're things that are a normal part of life but should be cut off if it's too much

According to a therapist I met, there are 4 basic types of masturbation: 1) Lustful. 2) Non lustful. 3) Donor. 4) Remedy. This video covers type 1 masturbation, which is a sin. The other 3 types, being alone and without addiction, are not sinful.
I kinda do honestly thought about it, especially when I masturbate just to get me to sleep. Like, I don't have any lustful attraction onto any pornographic behavior or just plain out confused of some sorts, even when I watched pornography or anything. Like, nothing at all, of course we are all sinners, but when I often say this weird and very serious topic. I was like, huh, why do I even want to masturbate? My confusion starts even tho I am not solely into something, because if I were to ask myself why do I masturbate? I will eventually said, "because I want that sleep, the only thing that can make me fall asleep easily, is either to masturbate, or just sleep peacefully without overthinking, but my weird insomnia gets in my way of sleeping followed by mindless thoughts, which affects my sleep. Like geez, I truly want to stop masturbating, but how can I stop when medications were too expensive and in poverty, you are forced to do the bidding just to make you sleep peacefully. It was mention that masturbating or any ejaculation helps our brain stimulates sleepiness and with that in mind, I can sleep peacefully when I am finished" Probably my opinions and experiences, but the concept lies on how you would see it. If you are too lustful that you might ended up wanting to have sex on anyone just to complete or satisfy the flesh's hunger, that's what I think distorts god's design of self peace and preservation. Like a never ending chaos in your mind, filled with either curiosity, lust, and above all, ignorance (because you might often ignored your own conscious self, just to fulfill your deepest desires). I may not know the bible as it was nor have ever read it, but I do feel that, if I were to put myself into a perspective of someone else, how could I became someone else if I am not entirely them? Like how can I, identify if those someone have ever felt lust before, that it shift their actions based on their desires? Picture this, you are in someone else's body, and you have already are in the bed, naked with many pornographic pictures in your bedroom, and suddenly feel a pain on your grion or any region? You never knew what happened last night, and so, did you commit a sin? Technically yes, even tho you are in someone else's body, you are in the favor of technicality because if someone sees you naked and filled with books of hot women, or any pornographic pictures, you will be judged not by who you are in spirit, but by the body you have... Confusing? Let me tell it shorter and precise in a question... If my flesh was not entirely lustful, and someone else's began to take over my body with their lustful behavior, would my body do so?
@@BelieveInJesus3 I once thought I had a bad addiction. I had 4 psychologists teach me these things to clear up my confusion. As helpful as they have been in the last 25 years, I am convinced that they are more than just opinions. 😉👍
A good video. But as usual, i see in the comments here that many people are totally black and white in their conclusions. They are sooo sure of their verdict! If the issue from Gods point of view was a simple answer (sin!), it would surely be mentioned in the Bible, together with always-sin-things like murder, envy, jealousy, pride etc. But its not. Care to ponder why….?
Yes, sucka it's a sin. Folks in this comment section make the argument that just because God did not explicitly say that it is, then it isn't necessarily a sin. Ok then. I mean God never made it clear that raping underage children is a sin, yet we have the competence to discern wickedness and righteousness from each other and see CLEARLY that pedophilia is a sin. Furthermore, masturbation is literally just having sex with your OWN body. Paul warns us that unlike other sins that are outside the body, sexual immorality is sin AGAINST THE BODY. Additionally, God speaks about how these jars of clay he gave us are to be his temples. He wants to dwell in them. Theologically speaking, how do you believe his spirit could dwell in a person who sins against his own body? If one of the FRUITS of the holy spirit is SELF CONTROL, then that would be contradictory to a person who CANNOT control themselves. You're not exactly being led by the Holy Spirit when you give into sexual desire, which is lust. Lastly, I see folks that are like "wE ShOuLdN't Be tO hArD oN oUrSeLvEs GuYs. wE hAvE a SiNfUl NaTuRe AfTeR aLl." Oh yeah? 1 Corinthians 6:18-20 "What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin that grace may abound? Certainly not! How shall we who died to sin live any longer in it?" We who have chosen Christ are called to be DEAD to sin and ALIVE in Him. God wants to sanctify you of your sin through his Holy Spirit, so you put off the works of the flesh and be strengthened that you may bare the fruits of the Spirit, like SELF CONTROL for example. But He's patient and He's giving us many warnings through his people that have come before. Let us NOT forget that the sexually immoral will NOT inherit the kingdom of God.
The Bible is not a book of laws and lists of sins but a book about freeing oneself from such questions through living through spiritual power. If you focus on an external set of rights and wrongs in life you will never be able to follow the blowing of the wind in life, never free to come to him who said his yoke was easy and his burden light. The so called "Biblical principles" that anything can be determined to be right or wrong based on is utter nonsense. Why do women not cover their heads in church? It's cultural? Do you expect to win the culture war if you claim that anything in the Bible is merely cultural? And what is adultery? It has a very specific Biblical meaning. The Bible gives laws which govern human trafficking and polygamy. Have you ever called a person a fool or cast your pearls before swine, for instance, say on TH-cam? Why is one verse emphasized in your sect but another? Do you emphasize what the Bible emphasizes? Is divorce considered adultery in your community? I have questions for those who think that simplistic rules work for life. I have questions for anyone who assumes the Bible even teaches the modern concept of morality rather than the covenantal and relational nature of righteousness the Bible portrays....

Desire within marriage can be strong and physical, but honouring, loving and spiritual bonding must be in there somewhere, even as The Bible tells us that the comfort and strength of oneness is what we are supposed to feel ... and in a fleshly way. The question is misplaced. Nowhere in the bible masturbation is prohibited. It's not even mentioned a single time in the entire bible! Consequently it's a non-issue for God. Why do you even bother to make it an issue for you???
Jesus tells us in Matthew 5:28 that “whoever looks at a woman to lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart.” Sexual lusting in the mind is the primary reason or trigger for masturbation and is sin-whether from erotic imagery, viewing pornography, or lusting after a person who is not one’s spouse. 🙏
@@patricj951 This is why, I choose to not respond much to comments, it's similar to texting, when there is a misunderstanding of the message, it's what we have here. I will not go back and forth after this. Do you really think we haven't read that passage in context. I believe your understanding is narrow. There's a bigger message and picture being given here: JESUS begins to show that merely avoiding physical acts isn't good enough to satisfy the intent behind God's command. God wants His people to be pure in heart, as well as in their actions. This is part of a consistent pattern of Jesus' teaching, which is that attitudes and thoughts can be just as much sins as actions and speech. The connection Christ makes here is striking and would have been shocking to His original listeners. His claim is that lustful intent-all by itself-is a sin, an act of adultery in the heart. Jesus describes lustful intent as being every bit as much a sin as adulterous action. @patricj951 It's almost like you want to justify or excuse bad intentions.........
Literally the reason why this is still even a question is because there’s people who don’t want to stop and have normalized it in their minds. Masturbation always requires you to either look at a woman lustfully, set wicked things before your eyes or accept and entertain perverse thoughts and imaginations which are explicitly contrary to the knowledge of God (2 Corinthians 10:5). We have the obligation of renewing our minds and casting down vain imaginations if we want to walk in true holiness and freedom. God states we are to flee idolatry as well, and a form of worship is sacrifice. Deuteronomy 4:16 goes in to say that an idol in the form of a man or woman can even be made to be worshipped as well. Paul says in 1 Corinthians 10 that sacrifices made to idols are actually made to demons. When you’re done with the masturbating you just sacrificed your seed(male) or discharge(female) to a demon! So You’re literally worshipping/sacrificing your seed to either physical, digital or mental images of a man or woman when you engage in masturbation. Make no image in the form of anything in this earth to bow down to it or worship it! Destroying masturbation and pornography is twofold: you must first deal with the root of lust which is rejection, as a result of no receiving God’s love from Him directly or from people the spirit of rejection comes in and distorts your perspective on love and acceptance and you’ll start seeking it in people and things especially sexual immorality. Many turn to it because that little bit of pleasure and satisfaction is enough to make the person feel or perceive they’re loved, wanted and accepted but God’s love far surpasses anything this world has to offer so to destroy rejection you need to receive God’s love by believing and receiving knowledge of the fact that Jesus was despised and rejected by men therefore familiar with our pain and forsaken by even God Himself the moment He died on the cross, taking our pain and suffering upon Him all so that we can be accepted in the beloved (Ephesians 1:6) The next part is getting filled with the Holy Spirit so you can crucify your flesh and walk in the Spirit. Ephesians 5:18-19 says don’t be drunk on wine which leads to debauchery (lustful behavior similar to what’s seen in clubs) but be continually filled with the Spirit. Then it goes on to say in verse 19 that part of being filled with the Spirit is singing to Lord from the heart. You get filled and stay filled, you must be filled afresh everyday. Paul then says in Galatians 5:16 “so I say walk in the Spirit and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh” why? Because 2 Corinthians 3:17 states “the Lord is the Spirit and wherever the Spirit of the Lord is freedom from all bondage”. The Bible makes it clear the Holy Spirit lives in us and as we submit more and more of ourselves to Him He can fill us transforming us from the inside out. This marks the importance of praise and worship because they cause you to meditate on/think deeply about God’s love for you. When you know what love is you’ll also know what it’s not. You’ll know a woman seducing you or having thoughts of being seduced are not real live but fake therefore empowering you to reject them because you have knowledge of God and those things are contrary to it. Jesus states in John 4 if you drink the water He gives you’ll never thirst, anyone who drinks water from other wells will be thirsty again. Stop drinking from the wrong wells!

@@angryjack7963 a lot of men say that to justify it but there’s multiple ways to lust. Lusting after someone can be either starring at a person’s body parts until you’re sexually aroused, entertaining thoughts of mentally undressing the a person in your mind or imagining what sex would be like with that person. A lot of men act like they don’t know the difference between those 3 things and then just simply acknowledging a woman is beautiful. The enemy sends those thoughts in your mind but knowing the truth of God’s Word empowers you to cast those thoughts down instead of entertaining them. When you entertain them that lust causes you to end up falling in pornography, masturbation and/or fornication.

Not always a sin at all. Everytime I think about Jesus, my soldier down there stands at attention. When I picture in my mind the Roman Soldiers pounding the stakes through the hands and feet of Jesus, my hand naturally strokes my soldier at the same cadence. Lust is sinful by definition. Lust = disordered sexual pleasure Sex is to be for uniting spouses and bringing forth new life (children) only. It is a free, total, faithful, and fruitful expression between a man and woman. Any sexual pleasure outside of these reasons is sinful and therefore lustful.

Can I put my hand in a fire and not get burned?
Miracles like these happen when the situation demands this need, which God can make happen, but if you simply just put your hands in the fire because you want to test it, you will most likely get your hands on fire
If you're quick about it, yes.
Technically, yes, you can but your chances of getting a burn are high. Same with masterbation; you CAN masterbate without having lustful thoughts for a living person BUT your chances are having these thoughts are high. 95% of the time, people will be lusting when they do this act.

Ive always believed it was healthier to do it. But i now see that is a lie to lead us into temptation
I also believed that, that's a lie
I will just say I feel conviction every time, and ask for genuine repentance. The last thing I want is to harden my heart sinning willfully.
There is always an opportunity to be tempted by something, at every point in time, at every location, so are we always sinning by the prospect of temptation existing? be for real

God Bless
At first you give godly advise to help especially Christians that struggle with porn, BUT as with your web page as well as other Christian web pages that talk about this subject you (they) mention the porn sites or shown a logo of the porn sites, this is totally wrong the people struggling with porn known the sites and do not need them shown or help advertise them on your behalf even though it's not any ones intention to.
Yes because God wants us to be perfect and blindly devoted to him.
Not blindly but not ignorant as well
Adultery is to cheat on your wife with another spouse, but people tend to forget about fornication.

1. Because it's selfish and you are keeping the pleasure to yourself.

According to a therapist I met, there are 4 basic types of masturbation: 1) Lustful. 2) Non lustful. 3) Donor. 4) Remedy.
This video covers type 1 masturbation, which is a sin. The other 3 types, being alone and without addiction, are not sinful.
But these are opinions.
It was mention that masturbating or any ejaculation helps our brain stimulates sleepiness and with that in mind, I can sleep peacefully when I am finished"
Probably my opinions and experiences, but the concept lies on how you would see it.
These don’t make any sense
@@BelieveInJesus3 I once thought I had a bad addiction. I had 4 psychologists teach me these things to clear up my confusion. As helpful as they have been in the last 25 years, I am convinced that they are more than just opinions. 😉👍

A good video. But as usual, i see in the comments here that many people are totally black and white in their conclusions. They are sooo sure of their verdict! Care to ponder why….?
Lord help my life from masturbation 🙏🙏god
Jesus used to do it so why is it a sin?

No
@@electric1150 but you'll still have sexual thoughts
No, in fact you should have them.
Very good question. Desire within marriage can be strong and physical, but honouring, loving and spiritual bonding must be in there somewhere, even as The Bible tells us that the comfort and strength of oneness is what we are supposed to feel ... and in a fleshly way. The activity within marriage certainly has to be "consuming" enough to protect us from the plethora of alternatives now sadly on FULL show out there in this 1 John 5:19 world...

That is about a wilful desire to get another man's wife. You need to read this verse in its context.
Many turn to it because that little bit of pleasure and satisfaction is enough to make the person feel or perceive they’re loved, wanted and accepted but God’s love far surpasses anything this world has to offer so to destroy rejection you need to receive God’s love by believing and receiving knowledge of the fact that Jesus was despised and rejected by men therefore familiar with our pain and forsaken by even God Himself the moment He died on the cross, taking our pain and suffering upon Him all so that we can be accepted in the beloved (Ephesians 1:6)
The next part is getting filled with the Holy Spirit so you can crucify your flesh and walk in the Spirit.
So what do people be talking about depending on the mindset? Like no matter if it’s not lust it’s still a sin right? I’m just trying to get some clarification cause this whole comment section seems divided

When I see in my minds eye Jesus cry out in a loud voice "it is finished!" I naturally climax, projecting my seed out into the world like the Holy Spirit was projected out among us at that moment!
Every sickness has a cure
@electric1150 so true! If you think you have erectile dysfunction or have just lost your vigor of youth... picture Jesus naked and everything will start working again.
The answer is Yes and Yes.
Guess I’m going to Hell then, and I’m loving it
I believe we are teached to be smart and not stupid
MASTURBATION IS A GIFT. WHY NOT ENJOY IT ? WHEN U ARE HUNGRY, EAT. WHEN U R THIRSTHY, DRINK. WHEN U R HORNY, MASTURBATE, AND THEN RELAX
You CLEARLY aren’t speaking from a Christian perspective. Youre speaking worldly views.
@@ryanranard5187 It's not a sin if it's not lustful.

lust is a sin. always.
Lust is a sin
Lust is sinful by definition. Lust = disordered sexual pleasure
Sex is to be for uniting spouses and bringing forth new life (children) only. It is a free, total, faithful, and fruitful expression between a man and woman. Any sexual pleasure outside of these reasons is sinful and therefore lustful.

U would say Mastrubation while thinking of your wife when far away could be less sin
