I always found it weird how, they changed the second channel to an electric piano, but there wasn't a command to revert it back to the guitar, so that initial guitar sound you hear at the beginning (as heard in this video) is permanently changed to the electric piano after the first loop.

by the way is it possible for you to export those sounds as midis? I was interested in the melody of the electric guitars, but some of the notes played by them are very hard to discern.

There are some tools I use called N64 Midi Tool and N64 Soundbank tool. They take a track from the game itself and make it into a midi file. You can Google the tools and download them if you're interested.
