genuine question, is there ever talks about fixing the issue where the game shuts down multiple times? i'm new to the game and play on an iphone 11 pro. the game shuts down on me even when doing simple things like sorting artifacts. i looked this up and have seen multiple similar complaints on reddit and the netmarble forum. plus, a friend who used to play the game on android also had the same problem. idk if it's just a small minority that experiences this but it feels like something that should be fixed. and no i don't have a pc system i can switch to. i've already tried lowest resolution and reinstalling the game etc. nothing seems to work. i really do like the game but this makes it impossible to properly enjoy it. 😅
@a.a.2752 IOS is known to have issues with the game. When they did the mobile optimization, Android devices got much better (not if you have an older phone though obviously since it can't properly run a huge game like SLA) but IOS devices still have issues.
@AvuzwaH oh well in that case the issue still isn't fixed i suppose 😅 games like genshin and wuthering waves can be considered big games right and those work smoothly on the same phone. It's only SLA that's given me this much problem which is a shame because it's a lot of fun.

By the way guys, they arent going to nerf Thomas' ultimate issue. If you go back to the dev notice, underneath the thomas issue, they mention how changing it will provide a different battle experience so they won't nerf him.

Fusion maximum counts UP to 20 ... No shit given ! It's rather have to fuse 1 by 1 if you just UP the rates ! It is already long enough to get 3 blue skill to fail fusion 10 Times in a row. Just so you get 1 ! 1 purple skill and then repeat the butt fisting for hundreds of times and finally get a shitty gold skill that no one ever use. Thx ...
i have 20m gold and can do nothing with it. im not getting any good artifacts that are worth leveling up a few weeks ago i had 32m and used everything i could to boost my power for the next tier to get some stones. what i would need right now is the artifact reset event even tho i would wish they rework it so that we can lock the artifact that got reset its so bad that we have to search it out of all artifacts after its reset i would be able to just reset an artifact maybe 4 times after i run out of my last chip 2 mats. i realy dont understand how you dont have any gold i do not have cores to lvl up i (if that even uses gold dont know), i dont have any balls to level up stats of cores (dont know if that costs gold either) and well i dont know there realy isnt anything that i could use that gold for and im not even farming any gold it just gets more and more would be cool to use it in a useful way

Tried their CS but they can't do anything even if you have proof that you are not cheating. 365 Ban means that's your 2nd Offense. 3rd Offense you can no longer play your account. Best not to invest anymore. Cause there is no guarantee that you won't get marked cheating despite it's the games issue. Netmarble or the Devs behind it said there ain't no fixing it because their Anti-Cheat Program is working properly. Properly my a**. Just got tired of talking to their CS.
Payne can u do a video about the dmg difference in gb between pc and mobile it’s really a big problem since the release of gb the dmg difference can reach up to 1b diff the real problem is after the break mechanism idk what happened but the dmg of mobile can’t go up as fast as pc does

It's an old issue. It's because PC can go up to 180 fps vs mobile 60 so certain skills that have fast animations aren't fully captured on mobile
