Team TaylorMade SWAPS Drivers For A Straightest Drive Contest...

- Team TaylorMade is back together and in this video, they're going to be switching Qi35 Drivers and competing in a straightest drive competition.
Each person will walk around the bags while music plays and when the music stops, they have to hit whoever's driver they land on. The two golfers who hit it most off-line will be eliminated, and the last golfer standing wins.
This all shows why it's so important to get fit for a Qi35 Driver that is optimized for YOUR game.
Tiger Woods is MC, and Scottie Scheffler, Nelly Korda, Rory McIlroy, Collin Morikawa, Tommy Fleetwood, Charley Hull, and Brooke Henderson are playing. Watch till the end for a special surprise from Tiger.

This happens every new driver release. A pro switches their gear and everyone is like "wow the new driver is trash"

Rory did this the previous year as well If I recall. No matter how good or bad the previous driver was, it becomes familiar. Familiar tends to win over miniscule gains until they get familiar on the range with the new gear

Great video haha crazy seeing how the pro’s even struggle with drivers that aren’t optimized to their game. I always get so embarrassed when I hit a friends driver way off, this makes me feel a little better

I love watching this, but it really highlights how crucial shaft and weight selection is for each golfer.
Not really, if you gave any of them 10 balls before they hit, they'd all hit it straight as an arrow. Drastic changes are always weird in 1 blind swing lol

It's a waste of time for most Golfers, just another scam for Club Makers to make money.
How do they reconcile fitting golf clubs to the vast majority of Golfers, whose swings are evolving and changing motions as they improve?
@@SaintKimbo its good to get in the right ballpark of length/lie/weight/bend profile. if you have the money to drop why not. obviously lessons will always be the priority

Probably doesn't hurt, but if you are in the process of changing your swing, as most Golfers that want to improve, should be, it can be a limiting factor to have clubs that were tweaked to try and correct the result of a previous poor motion.
You got to concede the reality, that the vast amount of Golfers throughout history never had this luxury, and some could break par with shafts made from Hickory fitted with with 'butter knife' irons.
Jack Nicklaus fitting session probably went like this, "hey, this feels good..."
