There's always a stamina pot event when a new Fool's Journey chapter drops, that provides about double the stamina needed to clear the chapter.

You have about a bit less than 20% chance to get an SSR on a ten-pull. It's not that unlikely to have your lack of luck, but hey you're almost at 100 pulls where you're guaranteed an SSR. 🙂
