Done a lot of reviewing on the 75l stayz cool and this was quick and straight to the point. Just purchased mine on sale for $650 with 5yrs warranty. Absolute bargain to say the least. Comes with a secop compressor which is a bonus
G'day HighTail4x4 👋 Loved your simple review !! We've just bought ourselves the 60L Stayzcool f/f single lid opening either way. 21 Feb 24 ☺ We payed $449 plus $40 delivery, we didn't need the bag, extra cable, tie downs or thermometer ... Thought we'd share that info with you & your subscribers as well, you can never get too much fair dinkum advice 👍 We already have lots of other gear as we're experienced travellers across our Great Southern Land ❤ Thanks for your review ✌ Ted & Rosie 💕
nice vid, I have a glacio about 75-100L fridge/freezer its massive size with 1 broken hinge and a Bushman Original SC35-52 with busted LED control panel, I have been looking at the kings fridges/freezer like this one but im still not sure weather to fix the hinge on the glacio for about $30 or fix the control panel on the Bushman for about $130ish or just buy a new kings fridge for under $400 both old fridges still work good, I went to get the kings fridge n seen there lithium lipo4 batteries in store and changed my mind n got the battery.
Mateeee. Thank you. I Never thought I would hear from you again! I hope you are well brother. Mate send me an email to hightail4x4@gmail.com I have an awesome idea for you
Wonder if you could give me the length of the bottom of the fridge as online dimensions include the handles and I am struggling for space, hoping there is a bit of a difference? Loved your review! Thanks
The whole idea of the new handle design is so it opens from both sides. The hinge system would not work. Have a look how the mechanism works when u open the fridge next time and you’ll understand.
Hi mate. Yeah, I had a look to investigate further. Probably the only way for it to be done. I took the fridge out for a weekend at watagans national Park. Worked perfectly
Hi mate. The fridge is doing great and no problem with the locking latch. I have ran it for over a month not I'm the shed as a chest freezer. Not a drama at all
Did your fridge and fridge cover come in the same outer carton or were they separate delivery items? Only asking as I only have one parcel coming where I ordered the fridge and cover together,
Hi mate, I have actually been running my fridge in the shed for a month now as a deep freezer set to -18. I have seen what you are saying in action. It looks like the bins cool independently and switch on and off between them depending on what bin requires more cooling. I will be chucking it on my solar set up soon and run my deep freezer for free. Thank you for your question.
Gday mate. Saw your review, brillinat video. I've watched it a few times . Im consisering getting the same fridge/freezer. Any thoughts now you've had it for a while? Any issues?
Kings offers very good quality reliable product with reasonable price range which is absolutely value for money and it's usable minimum 8 to 10 years easily without any big issues, kings products are really good
Hi mate, i paid $800 when it first came out. It's cheaper than that now. 7 months on and it's great. Shit stays cold and non of the fittings have snapped off
Because when I set my Engle up in the car for the trip it's not easy to access the plug in points .. So I leave them both plugged in .. So just plug in the 240 while at home the night before .. Unplug the 240 lead . Head of ..Then if going to a spot that has power just plug it back in .. No need to be trying to access where the plugs are on the fridge.. And the fridge switches between automatic.. That's what I do ..And love the idea I can do that .. What would be even better if the fridge could reverse charge the battery while the 2 where connected.. That would be ideal then ..
I just ordered the 90L and cover, never owned a car fridge in my life, so who knows how I'll get on with it in the back of my tray with a single battery....😁
Its good to hear about the different set ups people are using. You went with the big one! Nice. It's handy to have, I've used mine a few times as an extra drinks fridge when having a quiet BBQ. You should be good on the one battery, have you got a good solar set up ?
@@hightail4x478 Haven't got solar yet, but was looking at either a solar blanket or doing a cheap dual battery setup myself with a smart solenoid from redarc, instead of a mechanical switch.

Great review mate, short and to the point.
How's the lid mechanism holding up?

Hey,
Are you still using this product? What were your experiences? I'm thinking of buying it, do you recommend it?

Hi mate. I ended up going into the store to grab mine. It's been a week how did you go?
Hey mate, my cooling light is only showing on one zone and switches back and forth but does show in both is that right

Lol 😄 😆 🤣 😂
Just bought it today but in manual it doesn't say about how to do turn off one side. Can I do it?
Haha good knife set
If u don’t mine how much u paid for it and 7months later what’s it like now aka is it worth buddy cheers
Hi mate, i paid $800 when it first came out. It's cheaper than that now. 7 months on and it's great. Shit stays cold and non of the fittings have snapped off
when running at start up i got 7.08 amps then goes down.
That knife folded like a deck chair
Most people have EITHER the DC plug or the AC plug fitted, not both. Why do you need both cables plugged in?
Yeah exactly right. I suppose If you didn't have a strong enough 12v deep cycle set up, you could quickly chuck AC in without removing the other cord

Mate, please subscribe and let me know how the 90L goes. I might jump up a size from the 75L
