    Dhaga Kabab Recipe Ingredients:
    Beef mince 1 kg
    Onion 1 large
    Green chilies 6
    Garam masala powder 3 tbsp
    Fresh coriander leaves ½ bunch
    Gram flour 4 tbsp
    Raw papaya ½ cup
    Chili powder 3 tbsp
    Salt 1 tbsp
    Oil 1/3 cups
    Coal 1
    Dry Coriander 2 tbsp
    Bread crumbs 1 cup
    Thread 1 roll
    Garlic 1 tbsp
    Ginger 1 tbsp
    Methods:
    Put all the ingredients except oil and coal in a pot and mix well then grind in a chopper, and keep aside. Then burn the coal and smoke the mincemeat. Now add oil and mix well then keep in the fridge. After 2 hours take out and put on the skewers and tie well with a thread and grill it on the stove for 8 minutes then take off. Take out the thread and serve with chutney and paratha.
    Mishti Doi Recipe ingredients:
    Milk 2 liters
    Sugar 1 cup
    Yogurt ½ cup
    Screw pine essence 4 tbsp
    Methods:
    Boil milk in a pan. Then cook on low heat until becomes half. Now mix all the remaining ingredients well and take them out in a dish and keep for 3 to 4 hours. When it becomes thick like curd, cool in the fridge and serve.
