Mishti Doi Recipe ingredients: Milk 2 liters Sugar 1 cup Yogurt ½ cup Screw pine essence 4 tbsp Methods: Boil milk in a pan. Then cook on low heat until becomes half. Now mix all the remaining ingredients well and take them out in a dish and keep for 3 to 4 hours. When it becomes thick like curd, cool in the fridge and serve.
