Except for New Zealand and Australia, you've chosen some of the coldest countries in the world. I'm sure they are all "happy" places to live (I've been to some of them), until you want to go work, camp and spend time outside wearing shorts and T-shirts. I do that 8 to 9 months out of the year, and I'm "happy".
