You can tell that most of the reactors have watched too many CSI style shows that they think it's so easy to catch someone. As someone who has studied forensics, mostly forensic anthropology, it is a lot harder than these shows make it seem to catch someone. Many serial killers are highly intelligent and can remove all traces of their identity and hide what they're doing.
Seriously, I was getting irritated at all the constant, "oh they did all this? They should be caught now. Too easy to not catch them." Like, really? I listen to several different TRUE crime podcasts and TH-cam channels, and the sheer amount of cases that never go anywhere, even with what seems like ample evidence, is devastating. They never would have made those comments if they knew
They also don’t understand that their are a lot of people that don’t want to work and help with law enforcement when they are doing an investigation which makes it more difficult to try and find clues
I live 45 minutes away from Little Rock and anyone who lives in Arkansas knows Little Rock is one of the most dangerous places to be at during late afternoon/night time. I just heard we have this serial killer and now I’m even more scared of Little Rock.
That's why it's safe to say that learning self-defense like martial arts or even know how to use a knife for fighting or learning to use a gun for protection, is one way to protect yourself against these serial killers, because you never know your own safety, if you're not ready to defend yourself and you're being defenseless then that's the end of it. It is a goodbye Self-defense is very important.
People forget that BTK got away with his crimes for decades. The only reason he finally got caught was because be missed the notoriety and started sending the police messages that they were finally able to trace. It also took them decades to catch the Golden State Killer because he was moving from place to place in California...and possibly other states. At one time I believe he even became a police officer in one of the places he lived.
All this time I have heard about the Texas Killing Fields, I never knew I live like 10 minutes away from the site and I used to live closer to it a few years back. When I heard Calder my eyes got real big! 😳😳😳
"If there's enough of a pattern to put it on TV, there's enough of a pattern to find who's doing it".. wut?? Where do you get the leg strength to make that huge a leap in logic LMAO.
I can tell you anything about the Texas killing fields I live 5 min walking distance from it and my exes house backs up to it (the street in the video) it’s honestly scary because I’m in his preferred age and I live next to the gas station where many of the women were picked up.. I’ve also visited the memorials in the field multiple times And also 70 bodies have been found there not 30
It made it look like it was just some random middle of no where city but Dickinson is not far from Houston. I don’t know what was up with those shots of mountains.
Fun fact ab the Little Rock slasher. A guy from hot springs AR dressed up as iirc Spider-Man and challenged him to a super hero style battle. There was a Facebook event set up for it and obviously the slasher didn’t show. Edit: superhero guy goes by shadowvision and has been doing this kind of stunts for ab a decade
That moment you're watching a youtube video about active serial killers and point out "Hey I know where that is!" ..."Oh no.. I know where that is." (also how have I never heard about this?! it's 2 miles from me!)
Living in Europe, I don’t really understand all the Craigslist related murders and crimes in the USA. All European countries have the equivalent of that site. And some limited drama, the crooked plumber who did a bad job, the shady car salesmen there, but the risks are rare and only financial. My female friend often travels Katowice to Ostrava (Poland to Czechia) and back, and as bus connections are rare and train connections use a track listed for renovation for forever, so they go insanely slow, she often uses more or less official taxi transfers, both Polish and Czech, sometimes also driven by migrants from other nations, found online. Never was in danger. Cause Katowice… or Ostrava… just don’t have serial killers. I know the violent crime rate in the US is much higher sure, but why are so many serial… and never found? I mean 18-20% solved? WTF… 18-20% UNsolved would look bad in most cities in continental Europe 😢
The fact that the thing they find strange about that case is that they used a knife and not a gun instead of the fact they were attacking completely random people just shows how screwed up America is
The fact that you are totally uneducated about the rest of the world shows just how fucked up your parents were in raising someone who is prepared for life. And because of their failures, you have DECADES more suffering and misery ahead of you.
I get that but unfortunately that’s what you have to do. Information is key. Vague info will not help anyone. But giving them a name they may help identify someone and help save or even finally arrest them. Like how you going to describe someone with no info. No name. No gender. No race. No motive. Nothing you have to give these people cause it opens the possibility of solving it even if the chance are low
Two points on the first one : Serial killers very rarely cross race lines, so the perp is likely African American A pattern does not help identify the killer, but can give some broad clues (age, race, education, possibly work, etc)
Why is there so much hate on this video, your watching a REACT video of a REACTING channel commentary is the primary content…my gosh click off if u do not like it
Have any of these been caught yet? Serial Killers on the loose is scary af cause they could come after you or your loved ones. I feel so bad for victims and their families and friends. May they all RIP and the Serial Killers get brought to justice.
Serial killers usually target a specific type of person, and since most of them are white men, usually white women are the targets. Also if I remember correctly they tend to target within their own race, because usually their underlying issue stems from family issues
Here in Pittsburgh there's rumors spreading about a serial killer over the last...7 ish years...5 young men all age 24-32 found dead by the river, all in the same spot. The queer community isn't that big. We talk. Most of them were confirmed to be either out, or in the closet. (Because I think two of them went to a nearby private catholic university). Makes ya wonder man...
I'm horrified that these villains are still possibly free and still doing this. I hope they either eventually caught them, or managed to Identify the person.
Hercules may be inspired by DeathNote🤔🤔 although he is doing justice but according to the modern day ethics and societal understanding what he did is Wrong. Still i will support Hercules
I’m from Chicago and I live here so yes there are active killers out here I would not raise my future children here because growing up we not always watch our backs

As someone who worked in law enforcement, you are correct. We call it the "CSI" effect. These ridiculous shows that catch the killer in one hour. 😒
It took decades for my family to find out that BTK serial killer was the one who killed my grandmas sister in the 70's.
They also don’t understand that their are a lot of people that don’t want to work and help with law enforcement when they are doing an investigation which makes it more difficult to try and find clues
"Its allways just Women😟" like they don't know it's easier to take them
I live in Greater Manchester and you'd be surprised how many people end it here. High depression rate here. Although these are weird
The Long Island Serial Killer (refered to as Long Island Ripper in the video) was identified in mid 2023 as 59-year-old Rex Heuermann
I live 45 minutes away from Little Rock and anyone who lives in Arkansas knows Little Rock is one of the most dangerous places to be at during late afternoon/night time. I just heard we have this serial killer and now I’m even more scared of Little Rock.
There is one in Hot springs Arkansas too. They found several bodies and body parts
I currently live in Little Rock, but i was born in pine bluff and i have family in hot springs
I hope you’re okay and stay safe
I would love for you to have a whole true crime section. Maybe next you could do 7 weird unsolved missing persons cases.
It is a goodbye
Self-defense is very important.
I agree. I learned karate and I still know basic moves and locks and I always carry pepper spray
Thank you, Reactors. I know it can't be easy to react in these types of episodes.
“Oh it’s Long Island! They make a great iced tea.” 😂😂
"oh it's Long Island, they make a great iced tea" like they not watching a video about serial killers🤣
I know I'm late but the Long Island Killer has been caught!!
Has been put on trial. Still not guilty yet.
People forget that BTK got away with his crimes for decades. The only reason he finally got caught was because be missed the notoriety and started sending the police messages that they were finally able to trace.

Hi!!, I love you guys' channel and keep up the GREAT work!!!
As a woman I don’t go ANYWHERE without protection… and it ain’t mace..
Ok
All this time I have heard about the Texas Killing Fields, I never knew I live like 10 minutes away from the site and I used to live closer to it a few years back. When I heard Calder my eyes got real big! 😳😳😳
Update: The Long Island Ripper has been arrested
Pleaser read further. He's on trial. We don't fully know if he's guilty.
"If there's enough of a pattern to put it on TV, there's enough of a pattern to find who's doing it".. wut?? Where do you get the leg strength to make that huge a leap in logic LMAO.
I live in Chicago I been saying for the longest it’s a serial killer here but nobody hearing me
Sis I believe you 💯 I have some friends out there and they say the same thing
Living in Gary, I definitely believe you and it's more than one for sure
“They make a great Iced tea”
I actually really enjoyed this video and would like to see you guys do more content like this
This was a good video i like to see more like these because we need to stay alert .
There is an active serial killer near were I live. There known as the Stockton Killer, who victim are mostly middle age Hispanic men.
He was reportedly arrested on the 15th "while out hunting " and was charged with three of the killings on the 18th.
Loved this video! Brian and Ed are always my favorites to see! 😊
😲Oh long island
They make a great iced tea 😁
I really enjoyed this one! I’m a serial Killer buff! No I don’t like the killers I just find it interesting
I can tell you anything about the Texas killing fields I live 5 min walking distance from it and my exes house backs up to it (the street in the video) it’s honestly scary because I’m in his preferred age and I live next to the gas station where many of the women were picked up.. oh my gosh. that's terrifying! please please stay safe
It made it look like it was just some random middle of no where city but Dickinson is not far from Houston. I don’t know what was up with those shots of mountains.
Do you ever go camping out there?
What I find strange is that the footage for the Long Island Ripper is all from an Australian news investigation TV show and not an American show.
I am from Bangladesh and never even heard about that Hercules incident until I saw this video.
Do people think this is criminal minds lmao
The more y'all react to serial killers, the more I'm waiting for y'all to finally cover Jack the Ripper on this channel.
If this is not the video for women and teen girls to BE CAREFUL AND AWARE!!
The Long Island ripper was caught earlier this year
Thank God
Still not proven guilty
Will definitely be hoping for an eventual part 2 please

The zodiac killer was an interesting one as well and it happened in California
They believe they know who the zodiac killer was (Gary Francis Post)

I live an hour or so from Little Rock in this is the first time I've heard about any killer running around Arkansas in a while
It was a pretty big deal because it was over in hill crest.
There is one in Hot springs Arkansas too. They found several bodies and body parts
I remember the little rock slasher he also had a machete. I was working in that area we had to be on lockdown
It was nice of Todd in the Shadows to pose for the thumbnail...
Vigilante, killing criminals? Dexter anyone? Before the final season ruined it?
I hope you guys also mention the vigilante we have in Little Rock 😂
yup! they did!
Shout out to shadow vision😂
Of course, the police are actively hunting Hercules he makes them look bad.
This is crazy
Idk why Craigslist is still an active site… so much tragedy comes from it
I grew up 20 minutes away from the killing fields and never knew
This needs a netflix docu 😂
The Pusher came To Bristol and Taunton a while back. Both have train stations…
The fact that the thing they find strange about that case is that they used a knife and not a gun instead of the fact they were attacking completely random people just shows how screwed up America is

Did you guys say Active?👀
I'm shocked
It's weird REACT has been doing these serial killer videos around the same time the city I live in is dealing with a serial killer.
for the Chicago strangler, I live in Belmont Cragin 0:37
I'm from long Island women are afraid to go anywhere alone,,,, where is big Shar the homie?
hercules are a hero not a criminal
6:05 I ask the same question all the time🤷🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️
Well it’s not always women 💀🤷♂️
OMFG I'm watching this July 17, 2023 and THEY THINK THEY CAUGHT THE LONG ISLAND SERIAL KILLER! This is wild!! 😂💀🔥
Remember he's only on trial we don't know if he's guilty yet.
i can’t press how much i hate giving these killers names. they’re being given too much attention, that’s exactly what they want and get off of.
I get that but unfortunately that’s what you have to do. Information is key. Vague info will not help anyone. “AHHH-LEVIN!” 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
The very definition of "Among Us".
😬 the fact I was just in little Rock by myself in the early hours
Amazing video reacting to active serial killers out there, fantastic job.
Jair is really pretty
Never heard the 2nd case referred to as the Long Island Ripper before. I know that person as LISK
Wow, creepy interesting scary
Liking all the guys reacting - Brian (fab, fav!) ED (LOVE him!)
These criminals getting celebrated way too much lately
I shouldn't be laughing but everytime it said Ra. P ee that deep voice had me rolling couldn't take it seriously
Two points on the first one :
Serial killers very rarely cross race lines, so the perp is likely African American
A pattern does not help identify the killer, but can give some broad clues (age, race, education, possibly work, etc)
Hercules shouldn't be caught.
A crime is a crime. He's a murderer
I live in arkansas and can safely say WE HAD NO IDEA ABOUT THIS.
😂

@@itzzzdionecmy guy that's what the comment said
The little rock guy disappeared as quickly as he appeared.
Didn’t someone start patrolling dressed as a ninja trying to catch them?
@@Abyssuss he walked around nlr but yeah. I heard to moved back up north at the beginning of the year. Me and my husband took a pic with him once.

This channel is called REACT. They are getting paid to voice their opinions not to investigate. You are watching and enjoying. Chill.
My daughters aunt megan was one of the ones killed by the long island serial killer
Me going to long island last summer be like: 👁️👄👁️
i may watch too much TV but where the hell is the FBI and the BAU in all this?!
The tird story sounded like the Black phone movie plot
I am from Bangladesh... I still remember the Hercules incident..
when ur city makes this list its terrifying. also apparently its not the police's job to help or protect us
Me in the uk after I saw Manchester: 👁️👄👁️

You guys should do a reaction to oasis
I'm horrified that these villains are still possibly free and still doing this.
I hope they either eventually caught them, or managed to Identify the person.
That is not even half of the stuff up here in Alaska there is a torso killer, and as far as I know it's never been solved either.
"And that's why you have Hercules!"
Stop giving serial killers cool names
For real. This ain't nothin to play with
The doo doo slayer
Long Live HERCULES!!!!
Hercules may be inspired by DeathNote🤔🤔 although he is doing justice but according to the modern day ethics and societal understanding what he did is Wrong.

I’m from Chicago and I live here so yes there are active killers out here I would not raise my future children here because growing up we not always watch our backs
They just caught one about a week ago. He was going around and killing homeless people
Considering New York and Chicago, I am not surprised.
