Well basically ya know this is Juniors daughter(Jo’s brothers daughter) and if u remeber the holiday spectacular there was a boy that couldn’t find his mom or something and there was a woman that was like crying or something(that was Nellie all grown up) because in the end junior and Nellie reunited and they said her kid was named Jo just like her aunt.To sum it all up if u watched a girl named Jo then Nellie is just her niece.IDK if this helped cuz I’m terrible at explaining but I still hope u understand a bit more😀😄

EXPLAINING: Nellie is the daughter of Junior Chambers, the brother of Jo Chambers (A Girl Named Jo). Junior owns the coffee shop called Junior's, which appears throughout the Brat universe. If you saw the holiday movie, you would know Junior was looking for his daughter - Nellie, since they have the same hair. Junior said that Nellie's mother went to Crown Lake. Since Junior and Kathy are love interests in A Girl Named Jo, and Kathy's brother, Henry, went to boarding school, it's possible that Nellie's mother is Kathy.

In Chicken Girls there is an Arcade called Allen’s, and a girl named Monica’s grandmother is dying and her dying wish is to save the arcade her husband made. Monica’s grandmother is Kathy, and we know from A Girl Named Jo that Allen is the one who made the arcade, meaning Kathy and Allen end up together, so she and Junior probably didn’t have Nellie.
Also if Kathy can’t be her mother cuz she says my mum died a year ago and Kathy didn’t die till 2018
