Magnus, you're missing one step for the DNS. Once you configure it as you did in the video, you have to go to: Tenants--> mgmt-->Networking-->VRFs-->oob. There, scroll down all the way to where it says DNS Labels. In the field you have to add the name of the policy, in this case "default". Once you click apply, you'll see a pop-up, and at the left you'll see a selector under "Nodes using this policy"--> Choose Usage. There you have to select "Private Network to Interface". Submit changes, and then you're done. This way you'll have DNS enabled not only in the APIC, but also in the switches :)
Yes, am trying to do a full serie about cisco aci 4.2x. When i did try to find the information myself, more or less everything was based on 2.x There have been big changes in ACI since 2.x so tought it was time for an update :) Going to release 2 new videos tomorrow.

Thank you :) Currently I only do TH-cam, more or less started this channel to improve my own skills within networking. I found that making these videos do help me remember and get more knowledge. Teaching other ppl is a great way to check if you know your stuff :) When I did start with Cisco 10years+ ago, I more or less only did watch CBT nuggets and used GNS3 for lab. So this is my way to help others get into the field of networking as the technology constantly evolves. If there is anthing specific you would like to know about i can try to make a video about it.
