I haven't been to Sylhet in over 30 years. Last I went to the village there was a massive fight. No joke, people were throwing spears 😂... Pretty traumatic as a kid. Thats maybe why i never bothered going back. Have a fab time guys. Your village looks civilised and peaceful. 👌
Oh wow, that sounds super scary 😱🙈 I was more scared about the massive spiders and snakes 🐍 haha but we’ve not come across any this time around so it wasn’t too bad. It is really lovely holiday, the vibe is nice and the people in our village are really friendly too so it’s been good. Hope you get to go again some time and is a better experience for you ☺️
Aww thank you. Super glad you enjoyed the video, I have part 2 of the vlog coming up soon where we visited many other villages. Be sure to look out for that ❤️
Is this a recent visit, it put me in second thought because of some people wearing jackets and cardigan, as far as I know it's very hot at the moment. Anyway I love watching Bangladesh video and I love Bangladesh, specially village ❤❤
This visit was in February. The weather was lovely during that time but did get a bit chilly in the mornings. And I’m glad you enjoyed the video, I have part 2 of the vlog coming up soon where we visited many other villages. Be sure to look out for that ❤️
Salaam, I would say definitely take some mosquito repellents and medication for diarrhoea, sickness and for colds/temps. We took pot noodles and packet noodles from the UK too which they had every now and again if they didn’t fancy the rice and curry etc. I also took chocolates from UK as the kids didn’t really like the chocolates in Bangladesh. We took our own shampoos for the kids and toothpaste too. I would suggest taking anti bacterial wipes to carry with you everywhere and maybe some baby wipes too. Anything else you want to know, let me know :)
Great video! Thanks for sharing 🇧🇩❤️
Thank you and you’re welcome ☺️
