Damn I miss green lucci his basics has better combos the red Lucci. The red units kinda made him drop down with out them He will put in work but Rogers always there ofc good gameplay 👌🏽.
I wouldn't recommend using him if you don't have those medals or at least if you don't have the wolf medal. But you could use any attacker set triple luffy, triple boa, etc but it wouldn't be optimal.

Yeah. They're very useful medals. Bandai released a Sanji (chamblel medal but only gain 1% hp... Soon, they'll release a similar event medal to shiryu

If you don't have the rain medal but have wolf medal you can just use the cp9 set Lucci, Wolf Medal, Bubble-Bubble Medal or Lucci,Wolf,Kaku
