Colter Wall is actually extremely traditional as far as country music goes. He’s gifted and his lyrics are okay, but I feel like Nick’s seem to pain a picture like no one else’s do. And after seeing him live… yeah, a one-of-a-kind group! And a hell of a lot of fun!

Snakes and Waterfalls was the song that turned me onto Nick. Over the holidays I’ve been playing him while visiting with the family (because most of them hate metal) and everyone is unconsciously humming his tunes now. 😂

damn this is some real classic Willies Roadhouse style country, but still with the same pop-rock tinge that was actually fairly present in mainstream country around the i dunno late '50s '60s i guess. good stuff, big fan from the first song
