  • Part 5 of my CNC build. The build is complete and now it is time to calibrate the stepper motors. This is always necessary with a new machine build so that Mach3 knows exactly how many steps each motor needs to move a particular distance. This video shows how to do this in a very fast and efficient way.

    thanks for making this vid it sure cuts to the chase makes it simple XYA is what i use also but i also use a z axis can you use this method for a ball screw movment as well? thank very much Bill from Nevada
