13:00 that truck is a Steyr (pronounced Sch-tie-er) this brand was from the German neighbor of Austria, sadly, they were bought out in the late 1980s by the VW truck based subsidiary: M.A.N. out of Germany, who also bought out Steyr's rival, O.A.F. many years prior to it. Nowadays, Steyr is a common sight in the Austrian fire service (Feuerwehr), especially in rural communities outside of large cities like Salzburg, Graz and Vienna.
