First of all, 10,000 is the maximum amount of compensation depending on the time of delay. Also, all Airline has a list of fare rules which implies on conditions like these. Airline will not give a single penny apart from lounge in this minor change.
Bro capable international airlines can also give you a 200$ voucher which you can use to buy another ticket or other airline services like an upgrade to business class and cab booking
